All eyes -- including TMZ's -- will be on Dr. Joshua Perper, Broward County Medical Examiner, who will announce the cause of death in the Anna Nicole Smith case at 10:30 AM EST.
Dr. Perper delayed the announcement because of what he termed were two new pieces of evidence, one of which, as TMZ reported, was a computer belonging to Smith that contained e-mail messages with doctors who supplied Anna Nicole with prescription drugs.

We all know that drugs were involved and that Howard's hands are near it. Daniel will be a totally different situation. This could be murder, not sure. But the speculation is over!!!!!!

I think Perper's findings will be the determining factor on what plays out in this "drama" from this point forward. Lets just hope the police are doing their job! But then again OJ got away with murder and Howard still has that Baby in his care............so what does that tell you about the authorities on this case?!

People can sit there and put ALL THE SPIN THEY WANT ON IT. THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS..... if someone "you love" has a RAGING 105 DEGREE temp., with diarrhea, vomiting and the INABILITY TO URINATE, you get them IMMEDIATELY to the hospital, regardless of whether they will be "MAD" at you or not. OBVIOUSLY, her kidneys were shutting down. ANS would not have known if she was at the hospital or the playground because she was so OUT OF IT.

I am both excited and sad that it has come to this. I am interested to know how she died but sad that she is gone. I do not think they believe it was foul play because no one has been been named as a suspect and everyone is still walking around free. I think Dr. Perper is going to announce that is was an illness or infection that killed her. I do not like HK$ and wish he was never in ANS life. however I also do not think the police or coroner believe anyone is responsible for her death.

Well after the OJ Simpson drama, I just don't trust the justice system anymore. It was so obvious that OJ killed Nicole and Ron. They even found his DNA at the scene and HE WAS STILL ACQUITTED!!!
HKS won't get charged for ANYTHING!!!!! He'll get to handle DL's trust, he'll have control over Anna likeness and he'll still be living off of both of them.
