18. Accidental murder by the hands of the great friend psychiatrist, Howard K MoneyGrubbingPatheticHomelessPerson Stern, and host of other characters including her bodyguard & his wife (the "good" nurse).

No, I don't blame Anna Nicole because she was unfortunate enough to TRUST people who just didn't care ENOUGH.

And YES, I DO think Howard put something in Daniel's drink -- he may have known Daniel wanted him investigated --- perhaps they'd had an argument right there in the hospital room while Anna was awake or asleep. Do you really think it was a coincidence that he died while she was sleeping? Oh, come on. With Daniel out of the way, Howard had a clearer shot at the money ..... and don't forget Daniel would have turned 21 in a few months.

When you really love someone, you try to help them to get healthy, not help them to fall deeper and deeper into bad health.

And by the way, Stern was with her drinking up a storm the night before! Oh, yeah, he just doesn't realize what could happen when you mix drugs with alcohol. Right.

19. 9. People can sit there and put ALL THE SPIN THEY WANT ON IT. THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS..... if someone "you love" has a RAGING 105 DEGREE temp., with diarrhea, vomiting and the INABILITY TO URINATE, you get them IMMEDIATELY to the hospital, regardless of whether they will be "MAD" at you or not. OBVIOUSLY, her kidneys were shutting down. ANS would not have known if she was at the hospital or the playground because she was so OUT OF IT.
MURDER IS MURDER !!!

23. IThe Autopsy will show that Anna died of accidental overdose of sleeping pills with blood infection secondary/sepsis. I truly think that Howard gave the sleeping medication to Anna. I think he gave Daniel whatever made Daniel not wake up. I wonder why Dr. Perper said when he looked at the body that there were no marks on her except a bruise from falling in the bathtub. When rumor has it that she had a bad infection from a needle shot, as well as scars from other needle shots in her buttock. They will have to do more investigation on Howard. I hope they find what really happened in the end. I hope everyone who knows anything will come forward. Daniel was really worried about his mother and worried about the fact that Howard told Daniel to get out of the picture and would not let Daniel talk to his mother. FBI files just found ,show that Bobby Kennedy called Peter Lawford (his brother-in-law) and asked if Marilyn Monroe was dead yet. The guy claims these papers can be found on the internet, they were released in 2006. They are government official papers from the investigation, not some phoney. Now I hate to see this because I did like Bobby Kennedy.

DALLAS (AP) — E. Pierce Marshall, who feuded for years with former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith over his father's oil fortune, has died, his spokesman said Friday. He was 67.
Marshall died unexpectedly earlier this week in the Dallas area from a brief and extremely aggressive infection, the family said in a written statement released through spokesman David Margulies. He declined to provide additional details about Marshall's death on Tuesday.

"The family would politely request that their privacy be respected during this extremely difficult time as they grapple with this devastating loss," the statement said.


Does anyone see a connection here?

28. I think it was a sad series of circumstances. ANS was sick but did not get the help she needed so she died from her illness. The " NURSE " should have realized she was sick and needed to go to the hospital if she had any kind of medical training. I live here in Florida and it is not against the law to keep someone from going to the hospital if they refuse to go. in fact if a person refuses medical care the Doctors and EMS people will make you sign a AMA form saying you refuse treatment to protect themselves from liability. So HK$ and the nurse could be held liable financially but not criminally.

What a stupid comment (that she didn't want to go to the hospital, because they would take her DNA!) Yeah, she would rather die?

The hospital would have respected her medical privacy, and would certainly not become an arm of the law in enforcing a California Court Order. They couldn't even get Judge Korda to enforce it---you think the hospital is going to take this on, and the liability that would have attached? Go back to your Gilligan's Island, Ginger, please.

I agree with Team Birkhead--who doesn't take an ailing 105 degree friend to the ER? How could she protest in that condition? To fail to take action is inexcusable.
