32. here in Florida a person in the medical field such as ANS " NURSE " could be held liable financially for not getting a person the medical care they need but not criminally.
I think she was sick and did not get the help she needed.

honestly I don't know why people are not questioning the nurse more about her death.
did this NURSE have any medical experience? did she go to medical school?

Unless the announcement gets long drawn out like everything else has...maybe then I'll be home in time before the "official" announcement.

I am not certain if HKS held the smoking gun (needle, whatever)...his behavior looks really bad... but I am pretty sure they will not have it listed as a homicide.

TEAMBIRKHEAD – I agree with you on the assessment that a hospital was the only place that Anna should have been at. It is negligence on all parties not to get Anna to the hospital. I believe that Howard will say that he was the only one involved without a medical education. If a person is in a room with a known seriously ill person and leaves, they are still involved in this negligence. Doctors, nurses, lawyers and emergency medical techs have enough knowledge to get this person to a hospital. It just seems that they could not be bothered to do the correct thing.

Whether it is murder or suicide, I cannot say as of yet. Waiting on the ME report.

There was knowledge that Anna was seriously ill and the people who were involved in this room should be held responsible.

36. Not feeling that anyone will get blamed for not taking care of a woman with 105 temp,
not being able to urinate and loosing her fluids. And oh, giving her Chloro Hydrate in
lethal amounts. HKS filmed this woman high as a kite, still has Dannielynn, I see
no justice. I hope Dr. Kris and Kapoor rot in hell with Stern.

They may not have killed Anna with their own hands but they ALL knew that she was very sick, and did NOTHING!

40. If anyone here thinks that after Dr. Perper's announcement is made, that all of this is going to be over......WRONG. They may release a "cause" of death, but there are many scenerio's as to the "manner" of death that are, and are still going to be investigated. Being a "high-profile" case, in which I have worked on a few in my time, the Seminole police and private investigators are going to be working this case for years. Unless the "manner" of death turns up as strictly "natural causes", there are going to be conspiracy theories for many, many years to come. IE; Elvis, JFK, Marilyn Monroe and now even Harry Houdini. This is going to go on for years, decades and still some will never be satisfied with the results. So, don't hold your breath for this to be over. Because it isn't going to be. So, just prepare yourself for the possibility that this may never end.

You know damn good and well ANS was already dead when Stern left the hotel room. He made sure SOMEONE ELSE found her dead, hence, US BLAMING THE NURSE instead of STERN!!! He DID NOT want to be the one to find ANOTHER DEAD BODY!!! I don't give a damn WHAT THE AUTOPSY REPORT SAYS!!! The man was ADMINISTERING DRUGS TO HER and he KNOWS those drugs could kill ANYONE!!!

45. Will DNA test results be open to the public? Howard has serious image problems and no true base of support, I don't see this playing like the OJ case. Howard looks and acts quite "addicted" to me, is anyone suspicious of his personal drug use? His choices are closing in around him, I hope he is close enough to someone that will have him on suicide watch.
