47. If a parent did not go to an E.R. and receive treatment for their child with these conditions, and the child died, the parent would be brought up on charges. That's not even bringing into account the drugs/injections that were administered.

49. Anna had two persons with her while she was sick who were supposed to know what they were doing. Dr. Khris, is also a medical doctor I am told and a nurse. There is no reason why they should not have gotten Anna to a hospital when she was in that kind of condition. They should have made sure she got treatment way before that, apparently she was so drugged up she stayed in bed nearly all day even before this happened. I hope that Vergie sues them all for wrongful death. Vergie and Anna's father are pretty much the only blood relatives who can sue them. Excepting that the Baby should have an attorney (NOT HOWARD), so that the baby can sue for wrongful death also. That is all the more reason that the baby should be given a guardian and taken out of that house until the biological and custoday case it done. It doesn't have to be proven murder to sue for wrongful death, just neligence. Also in a Larry King interview right after Anna's death, Brigette Neven one of the Gibsons said she was there with Anna when Anna died and she went and got the nurse. All of their stories keep changing.

50. I've said it before and I'll say it again...............
IF & I said "IF" there was a problem the authorities had about HK$, the drugs etc. Don't you think the Baby would have been taken out of the home by now? Perhaps here in the States, but the Bahamas certainly dont give a rats a$$ about her welfare!!

What I dont understand is WHY in GOD's name is that baby still in HK$'s care? That just makes me ILL!!

I could care a less what happens to HKScum or how ANS died (cause she was in my book, classicly ILL in the brain!)

I've been hoping for Birkhead this whole time and it will break many hearts if they dont let him have his Baby!! But in the meantime.......she's still there with the Freak,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,do they not even look at the mans eyes and NOT see he is clearly a drug user himself?
I will not ever step one foot in the Bahamas again, no matter how beautiful the island is!
