62. i didnt think there was the right kind of evidence to convict scott peterson, but enough circumstancial ( spell check please) evidence and it can be done. people have said that he was seen giving her injections, that he brought and gave her drugs in the hospital, the is certainly motive then throw in daniels death - i personally think there is more evidence here than there was with scott

the good dr evil knew she could not take that medicine with liquor - i can not believe there is not enough to charge these people with SOMETHING

63. I think the press conference that has been called by Howard K. $tern's lawyers will be proved to be for the sole purpose of rehabilitating HK$'s image.

I think they will be on a PR campaign to make Stern appear to look like a victim.

A victim of the public's perception of him as being accountable for Daniel's and Anna Nicole's deaths.

I'm guessing that one of the things his lawyers may bring up is some of the anti-Semitic comments on the internet. The lawyers will attempt to make Howard into a sympathetic martyr.

Meanwhile, I think there is a good possibility that most of those comments were made by paid Howard trolls.

Much in the same way that there have been reported cross burnings and then investigation revealed that the person had burned the cross himself just to get sympathetic coverage as a victim in the media.

I think these comments have been an example of this.

And that we can expect to see more PR spin as $tern embarks on a full-fledged PR campaign to spin his image.

I guess having Entertainment/Evil Tonight in his pocket wasn't enough.

Now $tern is calling his own press conferences.

64. I have not heard or seen if Anna signed any document to “refuse medical treatment”.
I have not heard or seen if Anna saw a medical person who was licensed to practice in Florida.
If there is a document out there with this information I would like to see it.

65. Come on people, Howard did not murder Anna Nicole. He expoited her, he enabled her and he used her, but he did not kill her. She was worth far more to him alive than dead. That is a fact. I think Dr. Perper will say that Anna Nicole died of a drug overdose and a raging infection. I think Anna, in her sick and out of it state, just wanted relief from the pain of feeling so bad physically and mentally, that she gulped too much of that sleeping medication which caused cardiac and respiratory arrest. They will never be able to prove that Stern had anything to do with her death. There is a better chance of Kapoor and Eroshovich being charged with negligent manslaughter. I am not a Stern supporter, but this is how I see it.

67. Hey you guys - did you see the private detective interviewed on msnbc last night? His business card was found on Daniel after his death. He had been talking to Daniel about doing an investigation for him to check out Stern. Daniel told him Stern had threatened him. Daniel wanted to know more about all the drugs he was giving his mom, said he was very worried about all the drugs. Daniel didn't accidentally overdose, he was murdered.

69. It doesn't matter what the coroner's report says, SOMEONE HELPED HER put the drugs into her system. She was too drugged up in the last months of her life to be able to administer ANYTHING!

On the subject of why no one called 911 earlier or brought her to the hospital. THEY HAD STRICT ORDERS FROM STERN "DO NOT CALL 911.......CALL ME FIRST!!!"

I'm telling you THIS WOMAN WAS ALREADY DEAD AND STERN KNEW THAT so he got the hell out of that hotel room!!!

72. Perper is such an idiot......he keeps saying that she was only died shortly before they found her!!!! She had a down comforter on top of her and she had fever!!! She could have been dead for a very long time. It was also reported by Moe that her lips were blue and that she had discolorations on her chest and such. This occurs AFTER death and AFTER a while has past from the time of death.

SHE WAS DEAD BEFORE STERN LEFT!!!!

73. A lot of the people on here are plain dumb. If there was any chance this was murder....an arrest would have been made by now....or at least someone would be listed as a person of interest in the case. Nothing will happen to HKS....he was an enabler plain and simple.

74. Stern is guilty. What decent human being could watch someone they supposedly care about suffer with a fever over 105, diarrhea, vomitting and could not urinate; a sign that the kidneys were shutting down, severe infection to the butt, and be drugged right out of it on mind bending and extremely lethal drugs. Not only did he provide her lethal drugs, but he didn't sanitize the needle or insure it was clean. He then left her as she was dying to go looking for yachts to sail on after she was dead. The only reason someone would keep her away from the hospital is because - there may be a chance to saver her, or the hospital might suspect foul play, and it's not something Howard might want to be connected with, especially when there was an investigation pending into the suspicious death of her son from drugs.

Stern is guilty of murder, whether the courts can prove it or not is another matter. He is at the very least, negligent, and enabler, and totally irresponsible. Two people died in his care, he did not take care of Anna Nicole's business which is now bankrupt and he was only after her money. He knew if he was honest with Anna Nicole, or she got angry with him, he'd be out of her life. He did it all for money. Congratulations Mr. Stern.
