93. Last night on Fox two attorneys said they expected the death to be either od or infection, but the manner to be "unexplained" leaving the case open for further investigation and possible charges further down the road.

Does anyone know if the ruling on Anna's death would have any affect on Daniels inquest? Maybe they don't want to come out and state suspicious until after the inquest, as they want might want to have him prosecuted in both. JMO

Ginger ,maybe she did not want to go to the hospital but with a temp of 105 she had to be out of her mind and not thinking correctly so hell yes I would have loaded her up and taken her wether she liked it or not .. And that fricken nurse should have known better and whisked her to the hospital and Iwonder where she got her nursing license ?maybe from a cracker jack box..

95. I do not expect much out of Dr. Perper and feel the report was delayed as a ploy to make the public think they are on top of things and doing a good job. I do not think any charges will be brought against HS, although we all know he is as guilty as OJ was. There are so many people involved in this conspiracy who hold much power within this government and within the Barhamian government that HS and his cronies will walk away free. They may decide to accuse the butler or Moe, but I expect that no criminal charges will come from this crime of the century. It is as covered up as 9-11 was and one in the same.

100. It is very telling that Dr. Perp has stated several times that ANS body was warm, indicating that her death was very near the time that the paramedics arrived. Why?

Because if that is the case, then the delay in calling 911 contributed directly to her death. Had 911 been called sooner (minutes count), there is a chance that she may have been saved.

Not calling 911 is what killed her!

105. I believe deep in my heart that Howard Stern killed Daniel and Anna Nicole Smith for the money that he is about to inherate from the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Could the drugs be inserted in the food that either one could have ate or drank. Get over it, Howard is very sick man to have killed Daniel and Anna Nicole Smith. We may never the real truth about this case. Only GOD in Heaven Knows. I really believe that it is MURDER X2.
