61. EMAIL QUESTION------

HKS lawyer sais that HKS and ANS had emails saying "I love you" -- "I love you more"
and also said that ANS had emails to LB that weren't so lovey when he was petitioning her for DNA for paternity and they were fighting (and he was calling her out on drug use and of course, LB was correct..... Autopsy report and drug lists prove it!! He had a right to be concerned and should be still!!!)

63. Anna was an ADDICT. Plain and simple. We have all seen her "impaired self" for several years now.
HKS administered the drugs. He and Dr. Kris never got her to the help she needed. They never went in front of a Judge and got a court order to commit her to drug rehab.
Even their jobs were not worth her life, yet they let the fear of getting fired prevent them from taking action.
They are responsible.

69. Shame on you TMZ!!! I agree, you are VERY one sited. As a matter of fact...shame on most of us. People still have a problem with the outcome of ANS death. Those who continue having problems with this will never be happy, no matter the outcome. Let's move on........

70. Howard's attorney and a medical examiner investigated? SInce when do lawyers do the investigation for their clients??? This is such a bogus CYA. Stern's lawyers and the medical examiner got the computers? Since when does that happen? Who needs investigators or law enforcement when you got the do it yourself team. What a joke.

Everybody waited on her and fed her drugs...except at the moment she died. HKS takes off, first time ever, and Anna dies. Dr. Pepper overstepped his boundaries and got sucked into the limelight. He's a disgrace to his profession along with the scheister/lawyers who represent these people. Nobody had the huevos to deal with her...just give her some drugs while they cash the checks...

72. So all of you Howard Haters, including, but not limited to, Fox, MSNBC, Nancy, etc, know more than a six week investigation by trained authorities do?!
The uncontrolled bias coverage that has been presented to the public in this case is an outrage!! Some could see right thru it, others believed it.
Now, you don't want to admit you are wrong so you will continue to scream and hollar. Whatever...... but remember, what goes around - comes around.
You might find yourselves trying to explain a right/wronged some day.

73. Is it just me or what, but I thought when prescriptions are
subscribed to a patient, even at Walgreens the pharmacy
not only tell you when to take the medication and how much
of it. They also staple the harmful side effects and directions
on the side of the prescription.

A nurse, bodyguard, and proclaimed companion could
not read. I don't buy it! What is wrong with our legal
system?

74. OMG....there are still a few HKS supporters. Talk about being in extreme DENIAL. Don't you know that if any one of us would have left a person in Anna's condition UNATTENDED and left in a BED to DIE.... We would be facing charges of some sort. THIS STINKS SO BAD OF A COVER-UP.

Can you imagine leaving your daughter or friend with symptoms of an infection, vomiting, high fever, extreme deydration and unable to go to the bathroom........and not sending that person to the hospital??
My God. What's wrong with you people who are DEFENDING HKS ??? Have you lost control of your senses ? How would you like to leave a loved one who is ill in the care of HKS and his circus of FREAKS ? Would you feel comfortable with that ?

Just look at the behavior of all these people. They give conflicting stories. They lie. They make-up excuses. Their stories constantly change.

I would be checking on a loved one every 15 minutes who displayed symptoms like Anna did. Either that or I would have a bedside vigil on them. There is NO EXCUSE OR EXPLANATION FOR BEHAVIOR LIKE THIS.

HKS knew that by showing Anna had a drug problem that he could easily OVERDOSE her and claim it was ACCIDENTAL. There was nothing accidental about this at all. HKS or Dr. UGLY gave Anna that injection and the sleeping medication that ended up killing her. SHE DID NOT SELF MEDICATE.

I would be ashamed to go on TV and make an announcement like that. Dr. Perper had a price just like everyone else. The Seminole Police dept loves a " contribution " to the policeman's Ball. ( curtosy of HKS ) How DIRTY they all are. Perper's reports were inconsistant also. At 1st he said " No needle marks" and.... Now there are. What a LIAR.

They may not be found Criminally responsible .........but they are all MORALLY RESPONSIBLE for letting Anna die. She was gravely ill and in their care ..........AND THEY DID NOTHING. Has the world gone mad here ..or what ???

Not only did they not send her to hospital. They didn't even check on her. HKS left to go boat shopping. Taz just sat on the computer like there was nothing signigicant going on. I don't know of one person who would have displayed the behavior these clowns did while someone was so near death. I'll bet they are all benefiting financially for this. There's just no other explination. What a cast of LOSERS. I'D BE SUING HKS IN A CIVIL COURT OF LAW FOR WRONGFUL DEATH ..if Anna was in my family. There's no doubt in my mind that HKS is responsible for her death. I dont care what a corrupt investigation tell us. HKS character speaks for it's self.

75. Howard, you're the greatest you helping Anna through the most difficult time of her life. Don't worry these yahooo's are just a small percentage of people...that really don't matter anyway. They have no idea what is like to live with someone who suffers from addiction, especially a star.
KEEP THAT BABY AWAY FROM GRANNY - OR WE'LL HAVE THIS SAME SITUATION OCCUR IN ANOTHER 20 YEARS....
