Click to return to TMZ.comCharlie Tiger, Chief of the Seminole Police Department, just announced there was no evidence of illegal drugs on the day Anna Nicole Smith died and there was no evidence of foul play.

Tiger says the cause of Anna Nicole's death was an accidental overdose.

Chief Tiger adds Howard Stern will not be prosecuted. As TMZ first reported, Stern's computer was checked and there was no evidence of anything untoward.

16. This may be so, we will never know for sure.. Only Anna Nicole knows... I still think HKS had something to do with it though. Her son suddenly died, then so did she.. Its all screwy.

22. I truly believe Howard loved her. I never thought he killed her. However, he sure comes off as an a$$ in this whole thing. Just find out who the daddy truly is and be done with it.

25. i think they are full of it. if a normal person died of drugs and other people were giving them to her or in the room and not getting them medical help. We would be in trouble! Look at all the videos of Anna on drugs. And nothing can be done to the people who supplied them and gave them to her and never helped her get off of drugs.

Where is the justice? i hope Howard and the pyschiatrist gets in trouble one day! Scumbags!!!!!!!!!!!
