Perper: Anna's "Anus Is Unremarkable"

Composite of Smith and PerperAlong with the list of nine drugs found in her system, Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy report also bizarrely reveals that her "anus is unremarkable."

In the eight page report obtained by TMZ, Dr. Perper describes, in detail, the condition of Anna's body.

The report lists every mark on Anna's body, even tattoos. Smith's body art included the words "Daniel" and "Papas," a pair of red lips, a Playboy bunny, a combination of a Christ head, a bible, a naked women's torso and a smiling Marilyn Monroe among others.

On a positive note, Anna's fingernails and toenails were both listed as "clean."

31. Dr. Perper is disgusting. Why would he find it necesarry to comment on her ANUS? That is something that was not needed. He is supposed to be a doctor. Don't they teach they a little disgression! I hope he get fired!!! QUACK

Nurse Taz found her "blue" @ 12:30pm. She called Moe.

At 1:40pm, Moe arrives back to the hotel, and then he called Seminole Police

1:46: Seminole Police arrive

2:23: The arrive at hospital.

35. the video siad it all!! $$tern was there while she was pregnant and that woman was out of her mind on drugs. $$tern did nothing to help!Anna should have been in the hospital not be given more drugs to keep her in a stupor. $$$tern had to pick up the drugs and give her a shot. He wasn't so stupid that he made sure his name was on that FONY will!!$$tern is a murderer twice and get that baby away from this psychopath!!!!!JAIL FOR $TERN!!!!!!

39. Please show some respect for the dead. Anna was a human... a mother, daughter, friend and wife. Her daughter is one day going to read how everyone spoke about her mother and her mother's death. This is upsetting to read but not as upsetting as watching Greta Van)(&U$)# (on Fox News keep robbing from the dead (ratings, viewers, sponsors,etc...) with the inappropriate videos that they keep showing. The girl had problems.......we all know that..........we all do...........give her a break! The media has got to start thinking about her daughter and the impact that this will all have on her life.

41. She died of a drug overdose. My God take this story down. Autopsy report even tells what was even in her stomach. There are some things that are better left alone. This is very wrong to post this. I will be looking for a differnt place to read about stars.

And yes it will include her breast implants. I assume that would be TMZ's next headline:
"Anna's boobs found to be fake"

44. Trimspa does not work I tried it for a long while. Go to myalli.com. It is the same as the diet pill that is perscription but is half the dose. Anna was taking everything but trimspa. The Dr. said.
