572. PEOPLE...this is just standard procedure for Autopsy Reports! The M.E. goes over every inch of the deceased and makes comments based on their observations. If there's nothing unusual or extraordinary they just state "unremarkable".
It means just that...nothing to remark about!

Normal...average...whatever

575. The word "unremarkable" when used in medical terms simply means that there is nothing out of the ordinary or physically or medically indicative that there is something wrong with whatever area they are calling "unremarkable"
