91. Unremarkable means "NORMAL", I am shocked and angry that a reputable company (TMZ) could make a big deal of this. Next time the writer of this story goes to their physician, they better hope their anus is unremarkable.

92. You know, I find that publishing someone's autopsy in detail is in very poor taste, and headlines such as this especially. This is a report on a real human being. These are supposed to be confidential records. Please have some decency when you report things!

94. Why does the report say "Accidental Overdose"? Why not just say "Overdose" No one knows for sure it was accidental. My bet is that HKS is very much involved in that overdose.

99. Having just read the autopsy report, unless I missed it, was there any mention of a C-section scar. I would think that would be a prominent listing in the "scars" part of the report yet I see no mention of it, while other small scars are in fact listed. Also, this morning I heard the ME state she had eaten both breakfast and dinner on the day prior to her death, yet I distinctly remember him saying prior that only blood was found in her stomach. Wouldn't there be some evidence of those meals still remaining? Just wondering...

102. Come on, now TMZ. There is nothing 'bizarre' about Dr. Perper's comments on this part of Anna's anatomy, and to imply otherwise is both irresponsible and mean-spirited.

In any autopsy, each section of the gastrointestinal system is methodically examined, and the findings thereto are detailed in the report.

This headline is just too much in my opinion.
