Perper -- Death Definitely Not Suicide, Not a Homicide

Anna Nicole Smith was recovering from her depression at the time of her death, but she had not made statements about suicide in the weeks prior to her death.

Dr. Joshua Perper says Anna did not try to commit suicide when she fell in a pool shortly after Daniel died. It was an accident caused by too many drugs.

Dr. Perper says Anna's computer was helpful in determining her state of mind. There was no suicide attempt.

What's more, Dr. Perper dismissed any possibility of homicide in the case. "We did not find any evidence that would point to homicide," he said. "We did not find any fact ... which could raise credible suspicion of homicide."

There was no evidence to suggest forced-feeding of one of the drugs Anna ingested.

*********IMO - A GREAT DEAL OF PRESS CONFERENCE DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!!

For example: How would Anna be PHYSICALLY ABLE to inject
herself in her left buttock when she was right handed and how could
she refuse to go to hospital with a 105 degree temperature, which as
I understand at the point of 105 you would be not be MENTALLY ABLE to
refuse treatment???

"Anna Nicole Smith injected a drug into her left buttock
days before her death. Dr. Joshua Perper announced when Anna Nicole
flew to Miami before she died, she was complaining of pain in her
left cheek.She developed chills as she went to the Hard Rock and
developed a fever of 105 degrees. She refused to go to the
hospital."

20. "Accidental Suicide" could very well be MURDER! Whether intentional or not!

I respect Dr. P, but the headline of this post states "Dr. P rules out homicide." He cannot do that. NOBODY can for sure rule that out.

21. Great....note to self....

If I decide to murder someone, I do not.....repeat....I do not give them toxic dosage levels of a medication, it will look too suspicious.

Rather just do my research find out which medications have bad interactions with each other, then I give them therapeutic doses of each and then cross my fingers.

The mix of drugs will do the murder for me.....and the death will be declared accidental!

P.S. HK$ lied under oath, he said ANS had not taken metadone for a least 5 months, while Dr. Perp said it was in her bile (2-3 days prior)

So so happy to hear what I have believed to be true the whole time....Anna was in control of her own destiny..unfortunately she made a wrong decision and played with too many medications and it caught up with her...very tragic. But now hopefully I can stop hearing about Howard the so called murderer, and I personally hope he sues the pants out of all
the tabloids who slander him in the future!

28. How can Perper say it is impossible to tell whether she overdosed herself or if it was at the hands of someone else, and then say it could not be suicide or murder? Hhow do you know, after the fact, whether an overdose was accidental, suicidal or homicidal? How do you tell? You can't. If it was at the hands of someone else, then it's possible it's murder. His statements are contradictory to say the least. Stern kept her so whacked out on drugs that he could have injected anything into her because she was injecting herself, and that would be murder, but of course Stern is only gonna do stuff if the realm of "you can't prove it". It's just one more injection hole in the skin of an addict. C'mon.

30. ER NURSE:

Larry B did not desert Anna, he tried to stop her from using drugs while pregnant and she and HKS fled from him, and then fled the Country! When he saw she was running from him, he went after being a part in his daughter's life. I would like to think it is because he knew what kind of life Anna led, and he did not want his daughter in that enviornment.

You sound very angy to me! If you're tired of all this, why are you logging on? It is your choice.

As for myself, I am not surprized of what the findings of the coroner were. I was afraid that although she died from drugs in the company of so many ENABLERS, that there would not be sufficient evidence to sustain a charge of homocide or negligent homocide which is what I would have hoped for. MY OPINION OF HOWARD HAS NOT CHANGED! HE IS STILL A "SCUM BUCKET OVERFLOWING." Some say the door is wide open for criminal charges in this case, I FOR ONE HOPE SO.
