31. Sorry that so many of you folks are so disappointed that her death was accidental. Just remember that you should measure out your doses of cough syrup and other medications. Don't just swig it straight from the bottle any more. You may not wake up the next morning if you happen to be taking something that isn't dangerous by itself like aspirin or a glass of wine that would interact with it. Every drug says on the bottle, Do not combine with alcohol, May cause drowsiness etc.

I can't belive people don't belive the docter's I guess I wouldn't want any of you on my jury everyone is out to blame someone except Anna she took med's her hole life and alway's a little more then she should but this time it was fatal so get off murder and people who are depress or no people who are there are alot of med's one take to stablize them it's sad that no one trusts any one in this world there alway's has to be guilt that's why we have court's and trial's.

33. This is the drug used for date rape. It comes in a liquid form. It doesn't have a taste. How can Perper say with a straight face that is not homicide? Do you need a video of Stern pouring the drug in her drink to suspect him? I hope the Bahamians are less corrupt than the Americans and Daniel gets justice. Is too easy to get away with murder in this country. Sickening!

34. All the doses were within theraputic levels.
Even the chlorohydrate dose was not lethal,it was over the reccommended dose but not a lethal dose.(How many of you have swigged your cough medicine?) it was that combined with the illness and her other medications that proved fatal.

And it was also proven that she must have died only shortly before the paramedics got there since the atropine was in her bloodstream, and Dr Perper said if she had been dead long before the atropine could not distribute in her blood.

The 105 fever was 3 days before she died, after that her temp never went over 100.
She chose not to go to the Hospital. Howard "Begged" her to go and she refused!

I wish you people would dake a large dose of reality.
The only reason she would have lived if going to the hospital would be because she would not have been able to take her sleep medication of choice.

37. 16. Great....note to self....

If I decide to murder someone, I do not.....repeat....I do not give them toxic dosage levels of a medication, it will look too suspicious.

Rather just do my research find out which medications have bad interactions with each other, then I give them therapeutic doses of each and then cross my fingers.

The mix of drugs will do the murder for me.....and the death will be declared accidental!

P.S. HK$ lied under oath, he said ANS had not taken metadone for a least 5 months, while Dr. Perp said it was in her bile (2-3 days prior)

Howard said she had not taken it in his presence or to his knowledge.
Also ... Traces of Methadone was found in her bile, and bile can hold onto things for months just so you know.

It does not matter what is True and factual... You people will simply refise to accept the truth you have to blame Howard. Ofcourse you all know so much more then all the experts.

It's obvious Anna had poor judgement, look who she associated with, HKS. No only was he negligent in his duty to her as her attorney and provide legal services which served himself instead of his client, he was a ASS POOR FRIEND. I doubt he was ever her lover unless she was OUT COLD. She also exhibited poor judgement in choice of doctors, that is one investigation I believe will be ongoing. I just hope something is there to charge Howard, Moe and his wife (the nurse?) with. Others probably contributed, but were not present at the critical time.

40. Howard is not the creep everyone says he is. I think the media has played a large role in trying to destroy Howard. There are just too many facts that we or the press will ever know or understand that was the relationship between Howard & Anna. I pray to God that somehow he is Dannielynn daddy. There are reasons that Anna got away from Larry Birkhead and didn't want him to be part of Dannielynn's life. 41. The 105 fever went down to normal the day before she died and she was able to eat a normal meal. All the medications in her system were within normal dosage range. She wouldn't have died if she hadn't taken too much of the chloral hydrate. She drank it out of the bottle or a glass herself. Nobody else gave it to her. She didn't want to die. HKS didn't want her to die. Nobody wanted her to die. She just wanted to sleep. Thus the conclusion: accidental overdose. Sorry foks. No matter what you say, you can't change that.
