62. There is a lady in Ga, who killed her husband and her boyfriend with Antifreeze. The medical examiner did not detect this in the autopsy. After many years, due to the investigation of the family of the borfriend, it was found out that she poison both men with the antifreeze which is very hard to detect in the body. The ME was incorrect in his findings. The lady is now charged for murder.

Howard used Anna's midication and killed her before the inquest in the Bahamas. That is why it is so hard to prove. It is redeculos how the ME took everything that HKS said as gospel and the police were not any better. All of those who were with Anna at the time of her death conspired to stick with the same story. Why would the ME and the police rely so much on HKS computer? It does not make any sense to me. Anna was too druged up to even go on the computer and type anything. It seemed like HKS called all the shots and everyone was just bowing to him. He and his lawyers dictate which county the so called experts were to come from to analyze the content on his computer, FL never get it right. HKS has Anna's password, because if Ford Shelly has it, HKS must have it . HKS is a meticulous person, he can type anything on the computer to make it look like Anna was the one who typed it. HKS set up Anna's death to make it look like a murder. He as the last person in the room with Anna, just like with her son and everyone is taking his word as gospel that he did not give her the medication. Where was the nurse who was sopposed to take care of her? I thought she was her care giver. Anna's death is fishy and stinks straight to hell.

I hope virgie and her O'Quinn do not give up and sue for negligent homicide. The indian police did a shabby job. No wonder the press was concerned if they had the experitise to handle such a case, because they have not had a murder case like this before. Can you immagine to TAKE AS GOSPEL THE WORDS OF ALL THE ENABLERS IN THE ROOM. And for Dr. Peper to believe HKS when he said that he did not give her the medication, even though he was the only one with her at the time.

HKS and Ron Rale and company may think that they get away with the death of Anna and her son and controlling her entire estate, but there is a God above and just like in other cases where years after the law caught up with them, there days are coming.

There was a dentis in GA, who killed his wife last year and made it look like a suicide and thought he would get away with it. 18 yrs pryer to the murder of his wife with a gunshot wound to her head, he did the same thing to his girlfriend while they were in medical school and at the time ME ruled her death as suicide. He thought he would get away with murder, put the cop put the puzzle together and nail him for murder. SO HKS, YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE SLICK AND YOU CAN FOOL SOME PEOPLE AND GET AWAY WITH MURDER AND THE CONTROL OF ANNA'S MONEY, BUT YOUR DAY IS COMING. Your are a cold blooded murderer and a thief. ME report will not sway me.

64. I think WAY too much is being made about the massive inheritance this baby will get---mostly due to media hype. It is very possible that she will get nothing and if she does, she is like to be of legal age by that time and none of these vultures will benefit. The MOST Anna was ever offered was $88 million, not bad but nowhere near the figures being spewed by the media. This baby is NO relation to the Marshall's and Anna's will specifically cut out future children so this is by no means a lsam-dunk.

68. Well this is my OPINION
HKS wanted to be a Gigolo, but did not have the equipment for that, so he went baut to what he was trained to do con people by doing anything he needed to do as his Lawyer training provided, that did not work, that did not work, so he started providing her drugs, maybe not as a dealer, but with his contacts he could get them for her.
He would have done anything he could to keep access to the money, and he is still trying by wanting to keep the Baby with him, like most lawyers he is just interested in the money.

I think Howard K stern was and is a Stalker!!! Somehow he managed to close enough to Anna Nichole to recognize her weaknesses and prey upon them.
I notoiced ,as I am sure many others did, that Anna NEVER treated HKS with any respect but rather put him down countless times and treated him in public as a total buffoon!
I think he wanted to hurt her as much as she did him...after all he adored her..and killed her son Daniel Thereby making her more relient on him. (Thin line between love and hate) If you can call this love!
If Dannielyn had never been born Anna would still be alive. But the birth gave him his ticket to the big time! He got away with one homicide.
Anna's only heir, Movie rights ( he has countless videos), Book rights, and acess to millions of dollars if he can pull this off.
Reminds me of battered wife syndrome Anna just kept coming back for more. Poor Soul!

73. All of the information regarding the last hours of Anna Nicole's life came from Howard K. Stern! Dr. Perper was quoting Stern the whole time.

If he poured the chloral hydrate in her glass and said "drink this', we will never know. If he poured it down her throat, we will never know. If he gave her just enough to stop her breathing, we will never know. If he left in the middle of the night, after giving her the "sleeping" medicine, so that he would not be in the room when she died, we will never know. If he went in to the room and made sure that she was dead and then went out to buy a yacht, we will never know.

Murder happens all of the time and money IS the motivating factor. If a person wants to eliminate a "problem" and not get caught, he isn't going to shoot or stab the person when the "Dr. friend" is standing by writing prescriptions for whatever he wants. It is so easy.

Timing is everything. Why Daniel's death? (Soon to be 21, an adult, who also happened to be very suspicious of Howard K. Stern.) Why Anna Nicole's death? (Soon to testify about the suspicious death of Daniel - remember the quotes from Anna "Howard you did this!")
