The way Peper talked it was as though it was Howard's word's.
If I was Virgie, I would not let up. He might not be guility intentionally, but sure neglect, was evident on all people there.
Just maybe right now they really don't have the concrete evidence that they want. Maybe they are gonna tie him to Danny's death.

79. The only thing a D.A. could hope to charge Stern w/ is negligent homicide, or possibly a 2nd degree manslaughter. The public was well aware that Anna LIKED her drugs. The reason Stern was kept around was because he went along with the drug use, and I am sure he was the one responsible to keep her well supplied. This is not a murder 1 or 2. And the D.A. would still have a hard time proving negligence, considering that Anna wanted the drugs. I don't think we have heard the last of it though. I just don't see how the Seminole Police could say the case is closed.

81. Where is MO?havent heard or seen him . Hope the police in the Bahamas have more guts to do the right thing at the inguest of ANS son. Howard had to do away with her in Florida he couldnt have both of them dead in the Bahamas . Hope Virgie files wrongful death suits against Howard , the DR. and the so called nurse . Mo knows more than he is saying . He should come clean , if like he said he did like Anna . Howard may you burn in hell .

82. There is no way she could have taken that many drugs without Howard knowing.
He had to know she was injecting in her buttocks and mixing drugs; and when she complained of pains there why didn't he do anything. He let her do what she wanted and supplied her with anything she needed just to stay with her. I'm sure if he would have told her NO he would have been out the door! He wanted to stay close to her for the free ride and all the $$$$

85. I'm so glad some of you can read between the lines. I just saw Howard Stern's lawyer (Sanchez) stand before a media camera and say "Howard loved Anna and took the BEST care of her."

IF that is best care, God help anyone else in Howard's care. Two people in his care are DEAD for God's sake and Dr. Perper is just bowing to the Seminole police, who are protecting a big gambling organization no doubt. If taking care of someone you love includes laughing at them when they are eight months pregnant and on a 'mushroom' trip (Howard's words) is taking care of someone, then God help that poor little girl Dannilynn.

And I can NEVER get over the fact that he wants to claim that is his daughter while he stood and laughed at her mother while carrying her at eight months and on a HUGE narcotic drug trip! (Clown video) That's what he thought of his child folks.......!!!!!!!

I would be thinking 'assisted suicide' if I were Anna's family..........but I do not blame only Howard Stern, as he purposedly took hisself away from the situation Thursday morning, but Big Moe and wife, who profess to LOVE Anna as a little sister, sat there and watched this woman die. Will there EVER be any kind of justice in Broward County, Florida? NO, I think never, they are incapable of justice.....they cover up for one another, they promote the liars, the thieves, the kidnappers, the leeches, OR anyone who they think will have the MONEY. Still ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, and I just wonder how many of them plan to share in the millions of dollars in Broward County. Sorry, no amount of money could ever make this old grandma believe ANYONE in this case wanted justice! Thanks for letting me vent.

I hope someday, somehow, those GUILTY, and there are those, will reap what they have sown.

I agree Jerry--and the coments that HKS paid off the ME are really stupid I think! I also had opinions, but I decided to wait and see what really happened.The tabloids ruin alot of peoples rep by sensationalizing everything-a shame.

88. If Anna did not want to commit suicide she would have read her drugs and kept track of what she was taking. When she had the high fever and could not think straight , then if Howard did not want her to die or cared about her dying he could have read all the drug instructions and kept track of what she was taking or the nurse could have or Moe could have. Nobody cared if she died, accident as far as Anna was concerned not an accident for those around her. A convenient opportunity for anyone who might have thought they could benefit from her death in anyway.

90. People in California who knew Daniel are saying he did have a drug problem. Anna Nicole was worried he "fell in with the wrong crowd". He probably went pilfering through her drug stash while Howard was out getting food and Anna was napping.
