Weight Loss Medication -- Not TRIMSPA -- Found in Anna

Among the list of drugs Anna Nicole Smith took in the days leading up to her death was a growth hormone -- making it the third weight loss product Smith had taken during her reign as TRIMSPA spokesperson.

A press release issued today by Dr. Joshua Perper says that before she flew to the United States from the Bahamas, Anna had taken medications that included "Growth hormone, an alleged 'longevity'/weight reducing medication."

The Broward County Medical Examiner also released a description of the contents of Anna's hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino, in which Seminole detectives found Slim-Fast on her night table. Days after her death, TMZ obtained exclusive photographs of the inside of Anna Nicole's refrigerator, which contained several cans of the diet drink.

As you may recall, Anna credited TRIMSPA for her incredible weight loss. Now that she's been connected to TWO other weight loss supplements, it's impossible to determine if TRIMSPA alone was responsible for Anna's rapid shrinking.

The Medical Examiner's office ruled today that Anna Nicole's death was ruled an "accidental overdose."

Calls to TRIMSPA were not immediately returned.

1. It was no surprise she died of an overdose, she was a drug addict. Now she can spend eternity like she spent life, OUT COLD!

2. Howard's lawyer is saying on tv Anna emailed Howard saying "I love you". Howard emails back saying "I love you more". Howard was with her for years. I don't understand how or why she suddenly loved him romantically. She was sleeping with other people not that long ago. But the way the lawyers are talking you would get the impression it was a long time love.

No trim spa baby?

4. Not the greatest news for trimspa! Im sure this will help out the lawsuit filed by the individuals claiming trimspa did not work for them. Rest in peace ANS!

6. I'm glad that the report showed Howie didn't do it (like I believed) I hope he can now have time to grieve for the loss of his best friend.

7. I told you people Trimspa does not work. I took two bottles of the stuff. Did not loose a pound. Drugs is how she lost all the weight.

8. Please....I say I love you to my friends, family and all those I care about. She was no more "IN LOVE" with Howard Stern than he is the father of Dannielynn. And he admitted in court he access to her computer. Who says he didn't write them to himself. It doesn't matter anyway. I believe ANS is to blame for her own death. And in his own dysfunctional way he probably is grieving.

After the big news conference today of Stern's lawyers I had to laugh. He's still and always will be a SLIMEBALL to most. If he's so much a man then we'll see what he does in this paternity issue. A real man would give that little girl to her REAL father. Talk is cheap but actions are worth millions. Everyone is watching Stern. What kind of person are you really?

10. Wow... sound like Trimspa doesnt work unless you take Human Growth Hormone with it. Wasnt Trimspa being sued?? Trimspa will just deny that they knew anything about this hormone. Sorry... I think the CEO of Trimspa has ripped off millions of people with false advertising and deserves everything that comes his way!!

He has been such a great "friend" of Anna but I bet he changes his tune and starts to talk badly about her now. Drama drama drama....

12. Today's report only revealed there was no foul play that led up to her death in Florida. There is still room for criminal or civil lawsuits relating to neglect , conspiracy, and the 'doctors' and associates that helped her create false identities to aquire multiple overlapping prescriptions. 5 of the 9 in her system were heavy narcotics, and the sleep aid was so strong it is rarely prescribed any more. This was just about the autopsy and her death in Florida, just the tip of the iceberg. There is also the Bahamian inquest into Daniel's death, which is still ongoing. Much more to come I am sure. Far from over.

13. she did not love HKS. He emotionally abused her to believe him. He has not been truthful since day one. He is a loafer. get a real job HKS like everyone else does. we work for a living not mooching off of others.
