77. I am not surprised at all about the autopsy report! I knew HKS DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT! Now he and Dannielynn can go on with their lives! HKS RULES!! HE loved her if he didnt he could not have stayed as long as he had! Not many men would help a woman to the bathroom no matter what they are paid! RIP ANS

78. I, like many others, have followed and analyzed this tragedy and rather wondered why I have followed it. But probably because it is, above all else, a tragedy. It was apparent that Anna Nicole, despite her flaws, deeply loved her son, and her anguish was just painful. It is also so sad that sweet little Dannielynn is motherless. Of course, there are a lot of other tragedies - the shootings of the helpless Amish schoolgirls - but this tragedy is like a Russian novel.

I have always felt a little sorry for HKS and wondered why there has been so much violent animosity towards him. If he's a criminal, I think he has plotted quite poorly. I only saw the ANS show once, and for some reason I was left with the impression the SHE had a crush on Howard. I think it's perfectly plausible that he had a romantic relationship with Anna and might be the father. Lawyers can get so emotionally invested with their clients, and many men become blindly devoted to women who care for them deep down but push them away none-the-less. I think Anna may have been physically flirtatious and promiscuous, but she only gave her heart to a few. Howard probably sensed that she really cared about him but had difficulty emotionally committing to a man. (And frankly, her behavior really seems to indicate sexual abuse in her youth. It is no wonder she was so angry at her mom and turned to drugs.)

In the end, though, Howard does need to be tested and does need to give the baby SOON to her rightful father. I'm sure it must be sad for him if he loved ANS and is not the father, but he has to do the right thing.

79. My question: WHY is Dr. Perper saying it's unknown if Anna was injecting herself or someone else was injecting her? *If* everyone was cooperative during the investigation, why did no one provide the answer to this question which was surely asked?

83. People in California who knew Daniel are saying he did have a drug problem. Anna Nicole was worried he "fell in with the wrong crowd". He probably went pilfering through her drug stash while Howard was out getting food and Anna was napping.

89. People around ANS are feeding her drugs (instead of refraining or helping her to curb the habit) contributed to her death. If these people like HKS, psychiatrist, bodyguard, nurse and others truly care about her they could have do something to curb the habit. The psychiatrist should be stripped of her license(from getting her enormous amount of prescription drugs -- she should know). from the list that was mentioned (that led to her death), surely the people around her knew those are lethal combinations especially the nurse (license should be revoke, too). These two are in the medical field and they should know that these are lethal especially in her condition. Those found in her autospy report clearly show someone' s poisoning her slowly -- just happens it ended in florida. There are many people around her espcially HKS (if he truly cares and loved her), psychiatrist and nurse about the addiction and the amount of drugs she's taking and they don't know those are lethal combination especially when she's sick (and immune respons drops) ??? --- PLEEEEEASE!!! They just want her $$$.

I've read somewhere Moe, the bodyguard, said he could also be the father. OH PLEEEEZE!! Wish ANS could say something from the grave. These people just want $$$$. These people just took advantage of her.

90. Exactly how do they know that Howie the purse carrier did not administer the chloryl hydrate to Anna Nicole?

Answer: Dr.Perper doesn't know WHO administered the drugs to Anna Nicole.

Dr. Perper just thinks that the amount given was not so much that it could be considered "murder". Even though she is dead, dead, dead.
