Howard may not have intended to kill her but it is plain that he and those in that room did nothing to help her so that is aiding her death therefore, involuntary manslaughter at the very least..all of them should be charged! 47. Breaking news: ANS is *still* dead. Of course they can't prove who gave her the lethal injection! I'm sure that needle was disposed of. HKS probably didn't hold onto all of the needles thinking he'd need them to clear him of guilt. Whether he did it or not (he probably did), I'm sure that she wanted to be so drugged up that she didn't have to feel anything. If Daniel hadn't died the way he did, I doubt we'd be looking at HKS at all, it would just be a tragic overdose. Unfortunately, it will never be proven *if* he injected her.

If you have a 105 fever you are very very sick! You can't move, get out of bed, much less administer your own meds. SOMEONE WAS INJECTING HER/FEEDING HER DRUGS as she was laying there.

51. I guess Howard K. Stern knew exactly how to make her death look like an accident. First of all he video taped her while she was under the influenece to support the fact that she took drugs. 2nd He could of went into his computer that the police looked at and deleted everything in it before the police asked for it. 3rd it seems as though he has pulled off the perfect murder!!!!...and as for all the support Howard has from people that believe he is guilt free...O.J. had alot of support as well!

The drugs that were injected into her butt were drugs like B12, and Growth Hormones. The report said nothing about pain medications. And a person can inject themself. Women who are taking fertility drugs, do it all the time.

55. I'm sure by the time this gets approved EVERYONE will have said this...lol....BUT, who gave her the doses of chloryl hydrate is the question. WHO were the Dr's prescribing sooo many meds ?? AND...who the hell needs so many diff meds for anxiety/depression?? Thats some bad assed problem. In this day and age, alot of meds work in conjunction with each other, BUT a REAL psych won't prescribe so many drugs at once. She obviously died of an overdose...but can you say "WRONGFUL DEATH SUIT" filed by Vergie????

This may not be homicide but it is criminal.Anyone with a fever of 105 degrees is not able to make a decision .Several doctors have already said that today.Why was ativan valium and clonsapram given at the same time.Plain common sence will tell anyone that this person was over perscribed drugs.The doctor did say yhat if she was taken to a hospital she would be alive.I believe annas family her mom has a case here according to a lawyer i spoken to.Howard stern ,the doc, and body guard do have blood on there hands.How do we know that howard had not changed things on that computor.He is an attorney and im sure he knows how to play the game.I really hope virgie arthur goes after these people who who did play a role in her daughters death.

I gave Perper the benefit of the doubt. But he was talking out both sides of his mouth.

9 prescriptions? And how did she wake up out of her comatose state to take that last lethal dose??? The one it took them three weeks to find out was in her system? That they would have missed if they hadn't found the list of prescriptions?

60. Anna Nicole Smith was not quadraplegic or retarded!!!!!! She had her own mind and will to do what she wanted to do even though some just don't want to admit it because they want to play the blame game. Howard K Stern is a victim in all of this and I still support him every step of the way. He has been treated so unfairly in all of this and I can't imagine what he is going through on every angle. He is no more to blame for ANS taking drugs than all of the people that have been in her life including Larry Birkhead. Larry never picked up the phone and called authorities when supposedly the duffle bags of drugs were being brought in. If Howard goes to jail then he an Larry should share a cell because Larry is just as responsible if that were true. I don't believe either one of these guys are responsible for the drugs. We all as adults have to take responsibility for our own lives and if we don't take care of ourselves then we all know what may happen. I believe Anna is responsible for her own death, however, Virgie is the next one in line for responsibility. She in my opinion is one of the most evil human beings I have ever layed eyes on. She would be enough to make a total stranger get on drugs if they were caught in the same building with her. I hope that little baby girl never has to be anywhere near her. Virgie Arthur is about as low of a so-called Mother as anyone could imagine. Virgie you should be ashamed of yourself.....TOTALLY!!

Howard K Stern...I am praying for you everyday! I do believe that the baby should be with the natural father if that person is a good responsible human being that will love an take care of it money or not. Even though HKS will never be vendicated in some minds...it was clear to me before today that he is innocent....Today, Dr. Joshua Perper....confirmed it for me!! Hang in there Howard!

Also...while Im here...Mr Ford Shelley....I was having some pity for you until I saw you standing outside the gate arguing with Anna on television. You say you loved Anna and still do...well you don't treat people that you love like you were treating her. You showed your true colors.....MONEY MONEY MONEY!!!!! You an your father- in- law allowed ANS in that house for whatever reason...sometimes if the shoe fits you have to wear it. For God's sake and for that little baby's sake why don't you just back off for a minute and try to work with HKS and give him some time. He has been through torment and your just adding to the torment. If you can leave him alone for a while and quit trying to throw he and that little baby out on the street...that would be REAL Love...
