977. Stern had motive and opportunity. He is tresspassing rent free in another man's house with another man's baby . He replaced the pathologist who found Danny's death suspicious and hired his own "private" pathologist named Dr. Wetch who had 84 indictments against him in Pittsburg in 2006. He tied to keep Anna from communicating with anyone who had her best interests at heart. He filmed her at her worst and laughed about how it could be worth money. He leached off her in every sense of the word. Danny, the only heir to Anna's estate, consults a PI to express fear for his mother's safety while with Stern. Then he dies. Now Stern's attorneys are threatening to sue everyone who questions Stern's involvement. I'd like to see them prove it.

978. 893. These are the facts. Look it up. Much of the account are from Howard and Anna's interviews with ET during the months of Sept and Oct. Anna and Howard described what happened and the ME who did the autopsy also divulged this as well. Look it up before you make statements saying that it is full of misinformation. If you have a different version of what happened, I would love to read it. (not being sarcastic, I really would like to read it).

ET is only interview one side of this issue and there reporting has been onesided and there interviews were bought... They never once challanged Howard on everything he said they just took it as fact..... But it wouldnt suprize me if Detective Perper used ET to validate his findings and cross refrence what howard told him

I agree, ET is very one sided. Court TV, Fox are just as one sided on the OTHER side.
What I mean by this is that Anna's statement to the police will very likely contain the same information she stated on ET. It may be true or not true, we don't know but it is her version of the truth. Hopefully, the courts can sort out what is true and what is not.

I am with you, and I have long thought how angry the Bahamian people must be with Stern for all of this.

The only reason Anna Nicole and Stern went to the Bahamas was to use a glitch in their laws to keep a baby from her father. Look at the burden that all of this has placed on the Bahamian taxpayer.

Bahamians who have loved ones buried at that cemetery are having to fight he hoards to get in and grieve, and early on there were complaints that the other graves were being trampled by people photographing Anna's and Daniel's

The tourist industry there is doing well, but ordinary Bahamians are inconvenienced by all of this.

Anna didn't act like a mother to him.........more like a sister or a girlfriend, judging by the pictures I've seen. Just a wild guess.....I could be wrong. But i'd at least people here have opinions, they question, some research some even pick up on discrepanices of those yapping all over tv and changing stories. I think perhaps you'd like a jury of people who have no opnion, been living in a cage or on the moon somewhere or don't know how to read or use a computer..the exact move that Stern's lawyers took on the first day of Daniels inquiry.. Anna already gave a statement in the immediate aftermath of the death of her son. That's when the truth comes out, not later after you've been coerced by the real killer to give a statement to police that will help him (Stern).

Anna knows who killed her son and she said

YOU DID THIS.

That's the only statement that matters.

Plus, two former nannies who worked in the Horizons will testify at the inquest that they hurt Anna say to HKS that he killed Daniel. This was long AFTER they were home from the hospital. I'm sure Anna was not keeping quiet about it behind closed doors!

Actually the Seminole police said that was a typo -- they only waited like 40 minutes -- but no explanation -- -- don't make sense. Howard left there at 12.. and Taz found her blue at one-- earlier it was reported Howard got to marina a little after one but Moe didn't call him til 1:15- 1:20 --- Howard's attorneys keep saying 'case closed' but what I heard was when asked if Howard was going to be charged the police said 'at this point no' did anybody else hear it this way -- did Barth just miss that part or what?

Well, that's a pretty major typo! I never heard that explanation, so I will verify that on my own. But even if it WERE a typo, waiting more than 5 minutes to call 911 is negligence, especially for a "nurse" with a duty to respond. Plus, finding a BLUE person, and you DON'T call 911? Doesn't any police investigator find that unusual, suspicious?

The time frames don't add up. One would think 6 weeks later, the Seminole Police and ME would get it right, and get any typos corrected. With all these watchful eyes, it is sloppy, sloppy, sloppy, and calls their competence into question.

I still have a VERY big problem with the ME accepting as TRUE, the statements of four people, all making consistent, self-serving statements. If he could not have verified it OUTSIDE that room, with someone without a MOTIVE to lie, he should have tossed those facts out of his analysis. Any good researcher knows that.
