I HOPE THEY FIND HOWARD STERN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH OF DANIEL SMITH. HE HAD THE MOTIVE AND THE MEANS TO ELIMINATE DANIEL FROM ANNA NICOLE SMITH'S LIFE. I HOPE LARRY BIRKHEAD GETS HIS DAUGHTER SOON. I'M SURE WHEN LARRY RETURNS TO CALIFORNIA THE COURTS WILL DETERMINE THAT HKS IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE TRUSTEE (HE OWES TAXES ON ANNA'S CORPORATION AND ALSO THE TAXES ON HER HOME IN STUDIO CITY). IT SHOULD BE EASY TO APPOINT A 3RD PARTY TO HANDLE THE ESTATE AND GET RID OF THAT STUPID LAW FIRM.

994. ok the private investigator on tv is a bullcrap liar. No way do i believe daniel hated howard. Not a chance. NOpe.. not convincing me. Anna loved her son, she wouldn't choose howard over daniel.. hell no! This is all lies. ALL LIES!!!!! I hope howard sues the crap outta these idiots who are slandering him.

995. I seriously doubt we will see anything that will incriminate HKS in ANS's statement. HKS had her so doped up, she didn't even remember Daniel died and had to be told again!!! You know she said exactly what HKS wanted her to say. I think after Daniel died she was afraid of him.

My question is: why was ANS discharged from the hospital immediately after Daniel died? why was it so important they get her back to Horizons?I realize there was a media frenzy but stil she had just had a c-section.

Can anyone honestly believe that if Anna had thought for one second that Howard had killed Daniel, or in any way caused his death, that she wouldn't have booted him in the blinking of an eye, AND told the authorities. She had nothing to lose by turning him in if he had done anything whatsoever to contribute to Daniel's death. And say what you want, but boyfriends have come and gone (a lot) but Howard has been there for the past 12 years or so. It certainly wasn't because Anna hated him or didn't trust him. It's just plain hard facts, whether you hate Howard or not, she obviously liked him.

What a relief to read common sense from someone who understands the law. Thank you! Punctuation and words spelled correctly. Thank you, again and again.

It is so sickening to read all this garbage about people who understnad absolutely nothing; they take a word here and there and use it to their advantage to berate and destroy others when it is none of their business!

Howard, of course, is not changing the law in the Bahamas. He is intelligent enough to understand that the cesspool is full of piranhas and he does what is necessary ot protect himself.

It amazes me that Nancy Grace and Greta Van Susteren, both attorneys, can utter such harmful venom directed at Howard K. Stern.

On another note, these same people who want Howard quartered are the ones who think it is so easy to sue. They are the typical idiots who, when upset about something, threaten to sue just to scare or think they can scare others into cowering into a corner.

It has recently come to light that the lawyers representing Howard K. Stern have hired a public relations firm in an effort to turn his reputation around. A source who is an employee at the office of one of Stern's several lawyers says that Stern's team of advocates are "desperate" and "quite alarmed" that, despite their best efforts to sway public opinion in Mr. Stern's favor, polls indicate that the vast majority of respondents remain vehemently convinced that Stern played a role in the deaths of model Anna Nicole Smith, 39, and her 20-year old son Daniel Wayne Smith.

"The lawyers are scrambling," says the source, who prefers to remain anonymous. "I think they figured people would change their minds after the [autopsy] report was released."

On Monday of this week, Dr.Joshua Perper, Medical Examiner for Broward County in Florida, released his autopsy findings. Dr. Perper determined that Ms. Smith died as a result of a drug overdose and that her death was an accident.

Based on one recent poll, 9 out of 10 respondents did not agree that her death was an accident.

"The blogs are saying differently," our source said. "A lot of people are wondering how the medical examiner could base his findings on testimony that came from people who would be the first ones to lie if they had anything to hide."

According to our source, the internet is filled with blogs, or message boards, where the public can post their opinions about the Anna Nicole Smith case. One such blog can be found at TMZ.com, an entertainment site that posts news related story about celebrities.

"Mr. Stern's folks have been monitoring the blogs for months now," our source said. "They've been trying really hard to change people minds [about Mr. Stern]. The problem has mushroomed and it’s beyond their capabilities to handle.

"I suppose because they're figuring he may be facing charges here [in the United States], they hired our agency. Part of our job will be to go on the blogs and try to get people to change their minds about their client. People's opinions can affect the jury pool and change the outcome of a trial."

Coincidentally, Mr. Stern's concerns about a tainted jury resulted in an unexpected delay in yesterday's inquest proceedings in the Bahamas. The delay came about because of Mr. Stern's wish to do away with the jury or at least have the opportunity to question the 7-person panel about their impartiality. Such a request is unprecedented. The inquest procedure is rooted in a Common Law tradition dating back almost 300 years.






The ONLY PEOPLE on these blogs who are in SUPPORT of Howard K. Stern are those that Stern's lawyers have hired in a DESPERATE attempt to sway public opinion.

The videos Howard made of Anna Nicole on drugs while pregnant were to blackmail her. She did not love Howard and would never have married him or stayed with him were it not for blackmail. Also, he may have threatened her that he would tell the police SHE gave Daniel the methadone. We're onto Howard's tricks. Anna told us what happened to her.

She said "Everyone either sues me or BLACKMAILS me. I don't trust ANYONE (with HKS sitting right there)"

And most importantly she said to Howard YOU DID THIS.

Anything else she said was just Howard controlling her and blackmailing her.

This ain't a trial and we are not a jury. In the real world, if you behave like a shady, criminal ass, the world will THINK YOU ARE a criminaly, shady ass. And howard's crazy demeanor and crazy eyes ain't helping his case either. He has a flat affect and a monotone voice. He is not likeable and his sickening behavior reinforces that. No he would not do well as a defendant. Juror sitting there looking at that weirdo for weeks would convict just on his demeanor alone. He needs an image make-over and he can start by getting out of that house.
He is just upset that his ET interviews brought condemnation to him. He thought it would have the public feeling sorry for him as the grieving husband. Oh please. It backfired on him. Deal with it.

1005. I'm NOT buying it!

The Private Investigator, that Daniel "supposedly" talked to about his mother, has said repeatedly:

"Every time Daniel called his mother (in the Bahamas) if Howard Stern answered the phone Howard would hang up on him and the hired help was also instructed (by Stern) to hang up Daniel when he called."

I, like Anna, am a single parent with a son Daniel's age.
And, like Anna and Daniel, we too are extremely close.

POINT #1. Having such a close relationship ... IF Anna wasn't hearing from Daniel on a regular basis ... She would wonder definitely wonder "why" he wasn't calling. It would cause her "great" worry!

POINT #2. Having such a close relationship ... IF Howard and the help were actually hanging up on Daniel when he called his mother (as this so-called investigator states) Daniel "would definitely" tell his mother about it. GUARANTEED!!

POINT #3. Having such a close relationship ... IF Anna "wasn't" hearing from Daniel ... She "would definitely" be calling HIM and to find out just "WHY" he wasn't calling her.

THIS IS THE WAY IT IS BETWEEN MY SON and I ... AND, MY SON STILL LIVES AT HOME!

POINT #4. IF Howard Stern was actually doing this to Daniel and Anna caught wind of it ... Howard would be "gone (permanently) out of her life" yesterday!

POINT #5. This was Daniel and Anna's "very first time" apart and they would be desperately missing each other!

SHOW ME THE PHONE RECORDS TO PROVE THAT WHAT THIS "Private Investigator" SAYS IS TRUE ....
