What would you think about your daguhter/sister/mother being eight months pregnant and stoned out of her mind and the person (HKS) taking video of it joking about a "mushroom trip" Would you support that man if it was a woman in your family???? He was laughing at her! I didn't find that funny at all. It makes me sick and that poor baby, God only knows what kind of brain damage has been done to her that will show up later!

1097. As we all know, Daniel was only in the Bahamas’ just a few hours. When the autopsy was completed, both times, did anyone take any hair follicles from Daniel to confirm if he had ever taken Methadone..... the drug that was found in high doses in his system? Have we any proof that Methadone was ever prescribed to him? I’ve been watching the press very closely and it’s very disturbing that no one has ever mentioned these critical questions? I hope someone will investigate this as I feel it would be a very important factor. We can confirm from the medical staff that Ana was in bed and the only other person mobile and able to bring the Methedone would be HKS.

Most of you contend that Anna was only Howard's meal ticket and he was out only for the money, right?

1) In the case of the Marshall Estate, Anna was the only party alive when Marshall's son died. Now Anna is dead. Don't you think this makes it harder to recover for Marshall's son's heirs and Anna's heirs since Anna and Pierce are both dead? The heirs have no first hand personal knowledge of what went on between J. Howard Marshall, Pierce and Anna. Stern's fees were based on contingency -- he only recovered if Anna recovered. Why would he kill the only living key witness in the Marshall Estate case?

2) At the time of Daniel's death, Anna had already given birth to Dannielynn, which makes her also a legal, biological heir to any proceeds of Anna's estate. Any money from the Marshall estate to Anna's estate would go her living heir, Dannielynn, not Stern.

3) Ok, now even if HKS is a killer and killed Dannielynn, he is still not an heir. All the proceeds from the Marshall estate or any of Anna's other assetts would go to her next of kin, Vergie and her father.

4) If HKS had ideas of killing Anna, don't you think he would have waited till they were legally married and as a spouse he would also become an heir of her estate.









The lawyers on Catherine Crier addressed this last night. One of them was ANS former attorney and the other was a lawyer for the Marshall Estate. I don't remember which one said it but they said that HKS would get 1/3 of the amount, NOT the 6% HKS claimed.

They also said that if he fights for custody...and gets it...if Dannielynn gets any inheritance then HKS would not only get the 1/3, he'd get to handle the other 2/3 until she reached the majority. In other words, he'd get the whole enchilada.

Marshall's lawyer implied they had no problem with resolving the estate "for a reasonable" amount.

During their very brief marriage, Anna had received more than 6.6 million in clothes, money and homes from J. Howard Marshall.

Did you ever take Logic 101? Obviously not. WTF does Howard controlling Anna's money have to do with her having sex with Larry?

Stern didn't care who she had sex with, since he's gay, as long as he controlled the $$$$$$.

But when she got pregnant, that became a problem because that creates yet another heir to her fortune.

Stern's PR company should fire you. You're not doing a very good job.

I don't think a polygraph would show a thing even if Stern is guilty of murder, supplying the meds or whatever.

A true sociopath has no conscience. They can lie on a dime and without any guilt. The polygraph reads blood pressure, heart rate and other subtleties we don't see. Somebody without a conscience will not show an increase in BP or pulse rate. They just do not feel guilty.

1108. I believe that Dannielynn is not being held hostage but is being kept in a secure, nurturing environment by being in the Bahamas with HKS. She has full time nannies who care for her and she is protected from the media and all the crazies. If she comes to the U.S. with Larry Birkhead, don't think for one second that he's not going to make a mint off of pictures and videos of her. She will constantly be subjected to the media that she is now being protected from. Howard Stern was present at her birth and has been there since. Like it or not, he is the only "parent" and if she is taken from him, then is when she may be subjected to developmental disabilities. Her well-being is the most important thing in this whole mess. Howard has not allowed anyone to photograph her, not even ET, since Anna died except one video when he first arrived back in the Bahamas after Anna's death, and that was of her back, not her face. Anna consented to all of the prior videos by ET. He has protected her, as he should, and I have to respect him for that. Virgie Arthur couldn't even kiss the dirt on Daniel's grave without having a camera crew present. Larry Birkhead, wanting to stay in the limelight, volunteered to testify at Daniel's inquest although he was not asked to and was nowhere around when Daniel died. Virgie Arthur did the same, volunteered and was not asked, so that she could be in the limelight also. The only one not capitalizing on Anna Nicole Smith's death is Howard K. Stern.

Plus, two former nannies who worked in the Horizons will testify at the inquest that they hurt Anna say to HKS that he killed Daniel. This was long AFTER they were home from the hospital. I'm sure Anna was not keeping quiet about it behind closed doors!

BUT isn't it also true that anna wanted daniel to move with them and daniel DID NOT want to because he was in college and had a girlfriend. howard told anna to let him be a man that he is 20 years old and the subsequent break up with the girlfriend is why he went in the hospital for depression and was prescribed meds....she blamed howard for letting daniel choose............................................completely understable for a mother who loses a child to go through a list of emotions.....
