Through out this whole deal everyone has said "no one was there for anna" no one cared she was on drugs,no one had an "intervention" and on and on and on...who was there for Karen Carpenter,Chris Farley,River Phoenix,John Belushi,Kurt Cobain,Micheal Hutchens,Mary kate olsen,britney spears,courtney love,boy george,george michael,brandon greasy rehab bear,andy dick,whether it was weight and eating disorders or drugs and alcohal or suicide...you can only do so much for someone..unfortunatly sometimes all you have is never enough.. sooooooo many people the numbers are endless..DO YOU THINK NONE OF THESE PEOPLE WERE LOVED EITHER? DO YOU THINK NO ONE DID ENOUGH FOR THESE PEOPLE?? It is easy for you all to sit at your computers and say that a million times but she chose what she wanted,she chose her drugs..She was the boss,the high honcho,the big cheese she did what she wanted got what she wanted and lived one hell of a life..and I agree with Polar and HKs was the only one with her through it all no matter what..

He's facing a Trimspa lawsuit. He was trying to cover his butt. He said he saw Anna's last film Illegal Aliens about a month ago, and she was baby talking on the film like in the videos. So that means she wasn't on drugs in the videos, she was just acting. He must be clairvoyant, the movie is bypassing the theaters and going sraight to DVD with a May 25th release date.

Maybe he and Howard shared a bowl of popcorn and watched an advance copy while Howard wasn't jetting back and forth to Florida or making funeral arrangements. Or maybe he should think his stories through first.

Your right she stayed with Howard and she and her son are both dead. People with low self esteem, addiction problems and so on often make bad choices.

100. Polar 521- Get real The commitment ceremony was all a farce to get money for the pictures and to present the story of Howard being the biological father. They got $1,000,000 for the commitment ceremony while Daniel laid in the Morgue. Then they had the money to bury him.

101. Trimspa guy states that the SlimFast belongs to Dr. Kris - only why was it on Anna's nightstand when she died? Dr. Kris had left like 2 days earlier. Doesn't anyone clean in that hotel room? I remember hearing about the vomit in the bathroom sink. Anna couldn't get to the bathroom by herself, and Howard admitted to taking her to the bathroom at 10 am the morning that she died. But then theres vomit in the bathroom sink when they do the death scene photos at 3 pm. Now that is nasty to leave vomit sitting around all day. Also Anna was lying on sheets with "diahrea fluid" on them according to Dr. Perper. Eeeww. When the last person injected her without cleaning the skin, the needle pushed the germs from her unclean buttocks into her pus pocket in buttocks. Sounds like Anna needed real nurse care and not from these gross people.

102. Everyone out there that has used trimspa and it did not work can jump on the band wagon and sue Trimspa and Anna Nicole Smith. This should be a massive lawsuit that would bankrupt Trimspa and Anna Nicole. So even if she gets the money from the Marshall Estate it could go to pay the lawsuit. Then lets see how many people want the little girl when there is no money left. Remember also she has lots of creditors that will come out of the millwork when the Estate is probated. Trimspa does not work and now that everyone knows that Slim Fast was in Anna Nicole when she died and she is the spokesperson for Trimspa and obviously not using just it to lose weight or even at all along with the fact that she is using HGH is going to be a real good piece of information for the lawyers in the lawsuit.

103. Anna was not drinking SlimFast for its weight reducing effects. She only drank it because she liked the taste and for caloric energy! And she wasn't taking the human growth hormones for weight reduction effects - only for the anti-aging properties. And the prescription medications that had weight reducing effects were not being used for that purpose, but to treat anxiety and depression. So there it is the truth, Anna never used any of these products for weight reduction because she only needed TrimSpa baby! Only she wasn't using that either.

But they didn't pay the bill! IN fact the ME for Daniel's case hasn't been paid either. Or the lawyers. Lesson to learn, do not provide any services for ANS or Howard Stern without cash upfront. They are the biggest deadbeats ever. How long have they lived off of promises that money will come from the Marshall's lawsuit?

105. Let me say. Everyone needs their eyes opened to HOW ANNA REALLY LOST ALL HER WEIGHT. TOPAMAX.... It is really ironic that Trim Spa paid her millons of dollars to "represent" them. They did not care how she lost it just that she could "sell" their Product. That really is false advertisement on their part. A close friend of mine was started on the drug for severe neck and back pain. She lost over 100 lbs in a year due to the drug. Her Dr. told her weight loss is one of the side effects. It is a dangerous drug though and can case a number of very serious side effects and no one in their right mind would take it other wise yet that is exactly how she lost the weight. I would bet a million dollars on it if I had it. Make no mistake about it. Having it in your body is like a time bomb, you never know when it is going to counter react
