Jenny: Screw Anna, I Wanna Play Bobby Trendy

Click to return to TMZ.comJenny McCarthy was the overwhelming TMZ fan-favorite to play Anna Nicole Smith in the inevitable movie, but the former Playmate of the Year would rather take on the role of Anna's luxuriously glammed-up, Liberace-wannabe pal, Bobby Trendy!

Jenny confessed her preferred part on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night, when the funnyman made light of her landslide victory in our TMZ poll, beating out Tori Spelling and Pam Anderson. But the goofball actress wasn't exactly flattered by the vote, saying, "I don't really think that's a compliment ... and God bless her, but anybody that tries to play her in a movie ... it will be sort of like a 'Saturday Night Live' sketch. Bobby Trendy I would like to play."

Better stock up on the lip gloss, Jen!

77. The impression she gave was I 'mbetter as a person & I got style. Well you know that just showed just how much jealous she was. If I remember correctly many of these stars were bitching male & female because all the attention was & still is going to Anna. Jeannie You Have No More CLASS For US Anymore.

78. I wouldn't walk from my couch to my tv to see Jenny play anybody - let alone one of the most beautiful women on film. Anna was a train wreck but she was a beautiful one and no one the likes of JM can touch her. what a joke.. overwhelming winner of the poll - who the? what the? why the? anybody with half a brain could see they need a young dazzling woman to play Anna and Jenny gets the boot for sure. As for Bobby Trendy - nobody else will touch him either, he needs to play himself in anything about Anna.

79. who in their right mind would have voted for that woman to play ANNA? give me a break. she has zero talent and there are only at least 2000000 models and actresses who are prettier than she that i would rather see. there isn't a known Anna out there anyway. it will have to be someone fresh and new.

80. I think the girl who plays Reba's sidekick looks alot like Anna and she is tall. Very pretty. I bet she could ace the role!! Tori Spelling, no way. She is nothing like Anna Nicole.!!

81. The one actress that comes to mind to play Anna Nichole (even though she doesn't resemble her a lot), is Reese Witherspoon. Face it, Reese can do anything, any part.. She's basically a chameleon, and proved that when she took home the Academy Award for her bitter-sweet portrayal of Johhny Cash's wife, June Carter Cash. Reese died her hair to try to have some resemblence, and even belted out every song by herself - No lip syncing with this actress! I can't think of a better actress to portray Anna Nicole. If Reese were chosen, she may even have the opportunity to put another Oscar next to the one she has now... That's how good of an actress she is, of course, IMHO.
