Sanjaya Is a Looney Tune!

From Diana Ross to Halle Berry, you never know whose weave will inspire "American Idol" wannabe Sanjaya Malakar. This week, his hairspiration was none other than Looney Tunes character, Road Runner. Acme Hair Spray, anyone? *beep beep*

Sanjaya's mindboggling pony-hawk was enough to almost distract from his butchering of No Doubt's "Bathwater." Almost. Unfortunately, a more appropriate song choice for Sanjaya would have been the power pop band's 90s hit, "Don't Speak," which Timberlake-alike Chris Richardson ravaged. *beep beep*

If Sanjaya survives another week, he's going to have a busy day in the studio -- the hair studio that is!

23. I just do not understand why he sang well during his audition but not so good on the show? I think he desperately needs to hire a vocal coach. He should have been voted off weeks ago. I think he is earning votes from tone deaf teenagers. I must admitt although he can't sing he is definately entertaining. I just hope that he does not win.

26. Ok, so he is not the best singer in the show but he does sing better that the people watching him at home. He wouldn't be there if he wasn't any good. I got to hand it to him though, for being 17 the kid has balls. How else would he come out in national TV, knowing that 30 million + people are watching him and sporting the rooster hair he had yesterday. Balls, man, balls!! By the way, his sister is HOT!!!!

Regarding him being gay, who cares!!! Really? What difference does that make? Does it matter? Is he sleeping with you? That should be the only reason why it would matter, if he is my partner, otherwise he could be gay, straight, bi-sexual, who cares. He is not lying to u s, he doesn't have to tell anybody his sexual orientation. It is funny that 2007 and in the USA people are still worried about petty things like that.

27. Sanjaya may not be a great singer, but he sure has added some interest to a fairly dull season of AI. Even a good singer like Melinda is beginning to bore me.

What I find worse than Sanjaya's singing are the constant gay remarks being made on this site about anyone who doesn't fit the crude macho-man image that so many of you seem to idolize.

30. Jessica I don't think your posts are funny. Not one bit. You are what I call a hater. If someone doesn't act, peform, talk, think, whatever, as you think they should, then you are posting trash about them. Personally, I don't like macho men. They are usually thinking with their genitals and have little respect for women. Thankfully, I'm married to a kind, compassionate, sweet man and I wouldn't trade him for 10 of the men you would probably find attrative.
