3. She really is one of the few young celebrities that seem to have her head on straight. She had a horrible accident and is trying to move on. But I'm sure the guilt is still with her.

5. Why would she "not" be charged? Unbelievable. My father was killed in a car accident and we were upset by how little jail time he got, but to think of him walking free is unimaginable.

The family of the dead woman must be grieving twice as much with this injustice.

Brandy............. Turn yourself in and accept your sentence. You KILLED someone! You destroyed a family. I'm not saying you are intrinsically a horrible person............you made a serious error in judgement that cost another human being her life and affected a family forever. Please accept your punishment like a human being.

Enough of lawyers and deals ................... Anyone who kills another in a car accident should get jail time ~ no matter their social status or record.

Please tell them you are sorry. They might be words, but can go far in helping the family of the person killed.

Brandy brother of Ray J (who made sex videos with Kim Kardashian) who father defended OJ Simpson(aka Butcher of Brentwood) alledged murderer of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman crashed her SUV killing machine at speeds undetected by radar. This 4000 pounds of mass steel flying down the freeway exploding and killing an innocent women in a stopped vehicle minding her own business.Its not over yet,charges pending for manslaughter!! Justice will be served.

7. #5 Believably NO ONE CARES about your autobiography. NO ONE.
Brandy has always seemed respectful and a church going girl, who was NOT drugged or drunk when she mistakably hit a car. By the way Brandy's car did not kill the lady, it was another car that actually struck and killed the lady. Anyhow, prayers to Brandy, her family and certainly to the victim's family as well.

Stay strong Brandy, it could have happened to anyone.

9. Young and black does not give you the right to kill anyone. These kind of people need to be shown that they can't get away with murder. They all think that if O.J. got away with murder they can too. Send a clear message to this killer that it is not O.K. give her the maximum penalty.

WTF are you talking about? O.J. is one in an isolated case of the many murders that take place by all races in and around the nation! Why do you feel it's okay to generalize? What's wrong with you folk? Goodness...get over O.J. and stop thinking that that ONE case grants black folk the want to kill or do anything else. We bring up slavery, and you bring up O.J. I guess those are two issues neither of us will ever forget. Get the hell over it!

Brandy, believe it or not, didn't mean to commit such a horrid act. Ppl aren't born killers, it's learned. Not every black person was born in the ghetto. Not every black person is on welfare, Lord knows I don't even know how the system works, and not every black person raps or emulates rappers and thuglife. Basically, don't talk about what you don't know about. Yep, and you like Mula could use some education...it goes a long way. Don't say you are educated Prolife, because from what you stated...no at all!

12. I believe this was an unfortunate "accident". We should all pray for the family and friends of the victim (may she rest in peace). And, hopefully, the family and friends of the victim will allow Brandy to make some sort of restitution for the "accident" that resulted in the loss of a precious life and everyone will be able to move forward with their respective life.

Brandy has done all she could. Before the woman passed away, Brandy paid all of the hospital expenses. When the woman died, Brandy paid the funeral costs. Brandy can't bring that woman back but she has made amends.

15. I was so surprised by the cruel comments about me on this site. (no one caring about my autobiography.....on one and that I was nuts)

I merely posted my opinion as a grieving family member of someone who died in a similar accident. (no drinking and a seeminly nice person) If someone is not paying full attention to their surrounding while operating a motor vehicle, it poses a danger to that driver and those around them. (No word on whether Brandy was on a cell phone, changing a radio station, in a hurry, looking down, etc....)

The bottom line is that Brandy's actions caused the death of an innocent woman.

Yes, it was an accident, but some of you made it sound like "oh well....." It happened because she didn't pay attention. Brandy herself said it was her fault to witnesses.

I don't wish her bad.............only an appopriate sentence so that she will learn from this and not repeat her actions. Why should she get special treatment? Because she is nice and a celebrity? The law is the law and it was upsetting to me that she had not been charged. Anyone else would have been.

For those who were so mean to me................. if you had written that you had lost your loved one in an accident ~ I would have posted my deepest condolences. How sad that you both have such a mean and hurtful spirit.
