TMZ has confirmed that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are with their lawyers right now and they could be inking a settlement to their divorce before leaving.
It is NOT TRUE that Spears was at the hospital.
If the settlement develops the way we're told, K-Fed will walk away with about $1 million and Britney will win primary physical custody of their two children.

17. #7. Sadly, I must disagree. Britney HAD a career. She has not been in the studio for ages. She has missed recording sessions in Miami. Her last record sales were not all that great. Yes, she does need to record some new stuff -- not release an album of remixes. Her perfume sales are not skyrocketing either. She needs to rethink her career goals and get her career out neutral and into overdrive.

20. #11 Not true. Her perfume is one of the best selling out there. Her cds, yes did go down but that is in part because she gave up half way during In The Zone and it didn't have the full amount of singles. Record sells were also going down. Didn't Simon Fuller say that there are 20 producers wanting to work with Britney? I believe it. She has to make it happen though and want it to happen. Million and millions of people are going to want to her and see her first video. The media will look at it to see if she still has "it". The haters will want to look at it to see what they can find wrong with it. She HAS a career. She also has 100 million in the bank.

24. he's an idiot if he gives them back to her. she has NOT shown that she loves those kids. she left them with nannies for a good portion of their short lives. ...and being asleep or hungover does not count as spending time with them. most of the pics show someone else holding the eldest. and the way the paps are photographing her 24/7, it is a pretty reliable source. being honest, i would be surprised if she has even bonded with the youngest.
i realize that kevin wasn't there either, but now he has stepped up. maybe out of love or for publicity, but he is bonding with them now. sometimes being there is what it takes is to see how much they really need you. i hope this has happened and he keeps them.

26. Neither one of them are fit to be parents. All they care about is partying. They were too immature to be married much less parents. I feel sorry for their children. They are just pawns in this divorce. Britney was really something before K-Fed came along. She married that sorry piece of trash and now her life is a wreck. She used to have so much going for her. He really brought her down. I think she needs intense therapy. She needs to realize that she does not need a man in her life. She needs to learn how to be more independent. I wish she would go back to they way she was before his sorry ass come along and darkened her doorstep! Britney needs to quit partying and focus on making a comeback.
