TMZ has confirmed that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are with their lawyers right now and they could be inking a settlement to their divorce before leaving.
It is NOT TRUE that Spears was at the hospital.
If the settlement develops the way we're told, K-Fed will walk away with about $1 million and Britney will win primary physical custody of their two children.

49. He is getting more then the Pre-Nup. as well as joint custody. They both have done things they are not proud of Though with one went to rehab to get help and to make herself better. anyone can put on an act in front of the media. It is sad that he wasn't interested in the children when they were married. Now he appears to have stepped up to the plate with the boys though were are his other children do you see him as attentive to them? If there wasn't money involved he would have left the boys just the same as he did his older children. you have to remember that before he became his gold digging self he was only a back up singer making very little if that so to him a million is far better then getting nothing. though don't forget that he still gets to keep all the things she bought him the cars, the jewelry, the clothes, as well as many other things but nothing will ever top being Mr. Britney Spears. So it is in no way Poor Kevin he as more then made out in the end.

51. You know, this story makes me sick. She isn't worth being a parent. As those kids grow up, they are the ones that people are going to think their crazy for claiming this person as their parent, Britney. She discusses me, make my shin crawl. For the sake of them children, the state should put them up for adoption and no-one knowing who the parents are. She probley knows their not his children any-aways. Or is he the sick one for being married to her. She's always acted and probley was with serveral people while with him. How dare either one of you to put a price on those kids, that goes to show how sorry you are. And that should tell the whole world some-thing.! Re-hab, what a joke- Britney's the JOKE. Always wanting publicity for her-self. Shave your head and do your childern a favor and cut the thoat while your at it.
