Howard K. Stern Doesn't Lack Appeal

Howard K. Stern has filed an appeal in his ongoing paternity battle over Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, this according to "Entertainment Tonight."

TMZ is told that the appeal will absolutely delay the reveal of DNA results, but for how long is unknown. The next hearing is April 3.

Last week, Stern followed court orders and drove Dannielynn to a lab for a DNA swab. Larry Birkhead also gave a sample.

And the saga continues.

1681. EVERYBODY is in it for the money!! Including Virgie! She never contacted that baby until the $$$$ came into the picture. This circus is costing all of them a lot more money by dragging it all out. This is really getting tiresome.

1682. Any lawyers out there? If it turns out that HKS hid money where he had control of her checkbook,and was able to spend at will, can he be prosecuted for this? Two to one, Anna is paying his legal bills also. I'm sure mummy and daddy are not. They should repossess the boat to pay his over-due taxes. At least freeze the use of it so he can't sneak away with the baby.

1683. howard stern should be dibarded . he should be made to take a drug test , eather blood or hair . people that dont do durgs dont stay with people that uses, my guess he a drug user himself. he not a person to be trusted

1685. I admire HKS for standing up for what he believes. ANS wants HKS to have the baby or why would she put his name on the birth certificate. I think HKS is and beautiful and loving person, who has a lot to share with Dannylyn. HKS's family are behind him 100% and Dannyln will have a lovely family. Hang in there, Howard

1687. Stern sure played the sympathy card on Tuesday, acting soooo disappointed that the baby's DNA matched Larry's. Oh, as if it was a surprise to everyone? Just how gullible does he think we are! And his sister was so distraught that she cancelled her interview on Larry King. Another phony.
