Howard K. Stern has temporarily derailed the inquest into Daniel Smith's death. The judge in the case has put the inquest on ice for at least two weeks.

Stern's lawyer argued the law allowing the inquest was flawed, because it was impossible to impanel a fair and impartial jury given the massive publicity surrounding the deaths of Anna Nicole and her son.

The inquest judge is letting Stern's lawyer go to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas to argue that the hearing should be permanently blocked.

I too have lost any bit of respect I had for Howard Stern.

He seems to be dragging everything out so he must have something to hide.

The whole mess would have been over weeks ago if he would get the $$ out of his eyes and do the right things for the child, himself and everyone else involved in this mess.

34. He just proves himself to be guilty by what he does. It surprises me that the Bahamian government/people have not kicked him out....he is really starting to give them a bad rep. Letting someone like howard stern run them around with their tail between their legs. He should be ashamed of himself....wonder if he has received his check from mommie and daddy since he does not have a job to support himself. With him by her side, Anna Nicole Smith never had a chance!

38. You know the longer this goes on the guiltier he makes himself look. IMO he had something to do with daniel and anna nicole simith deaths but I dont think we will ever know the truth in either case. He is just showing his true colors and showing me what I have said all along he is the scum of the earth and was just using anna for money and now is using the baby for money .....Karma is a bitch and it will come back to bite him in the ass.... at least we can hope so anyway
