You would actually take a baby away from a man you "think" is a murderer when LOTS of people in Anna's life failed her including, her father, mother, Larry B. and lots more! Aren't they all responsible at least in a way? And, you would give her to Virgie?????? A woman who calls herself a mother and LOTS of people in Anna's life admit that her mother did in fact beat her and Anna was raped in her mothers home. That is a stable life for a baby GIRL??? Have you lost your marbles?????

I think ANY of these people in this picture are better off getting Dannielynn than the so called Grandmother. HKS is after the money? HE's been the only one with ANna for how many years. All of a sudden, Mommy and Daddy come into the picture, oh and Daniel's father? Where the hell were they when Anna needed them???

I say they are ALL after the money. Including her so called loving family!

62. I hope this opens up the eyes of the prosecutor in Florda regarding Anna's death. This guy might as well come out and say he is guilty because he sure is acting like a guilty man. I hope the Supreme Court throws out his appeal so the truth can come out and he will be fried.

65. I side with the judge. I believe that an inquest needs to be conducted but it needs to be one not tainted by over-emotional, prejudicial, hate-mongering publicity. Daniel and Anna need justice -- but justice cannot be done when the folks involved are too emotional to weigh the evidence fairly. There is fine line between justice and vigilantism.

Today I'll use the U.S laws, tomorrow I'll use the Bahamian laws.........flip a coin. It seems to
be which one ever suits his needs.

The baby will never go to Larry until she is eighteen and can do it on her own.

Everyone, I mean everyone who is contributing to the welfare and income of Howard Stern
needs to STOP!!!

That baby wil never have to starve or worry. STOP feeding his pockets, STOP giving him
the time of day, STOP buying any of his pictures, stories, films, etc. JUST STOP!!!!!

He will just keep going on and on like the energizer bunny, he doesn't care, as long as the
money keeps coming in to pay for everything. He just is having a ball twisting and challanging the systems of laws of two countries.

He is just so proud of himself, never had a job, owned a car, owned a home, had a mortgage, and just has lived off the sweat and work of others and he thinks......WOW,
look who and what I have achieved today.......I can write a book, make a movie and look
and all those stupid people I have just waited everyday to see what I do next.

WHAT A PIECE OF WORK!!!!! STOP CONTRIBUTING TO ALL OF THIS EVERYONE!!!!!

73. Clearly, based upon the comments on TMZ alone, HKS has an actual valid point that it cannot seat a fair and impartial panel.

Everyone has automatically assumed that Daniel was murdered and Stern did it - which makes finding impartial people to sit in the judicial process damn near impossible.
