76. Wow... Permanently blocked?? Something to hide do we? He's shittin bricks knowing that Anna's statement is going to be read... She knew what happened... I really believe that that rumor of her saying "You did this" at the hospital is true. I do understand their fears of a jury because of how hyped all this is, but just can the jury! Let all the witnesses come and speak their minds and show their evidence and let the judge decide. Problem is, he knows no matter who's to decide... HE'S GUILTY!

CAN you honestly say that it would have been a fair and impartial inquest?
That is what the whole thing is about, he has already been tried in the media and the blogs. So you tell me 7 women(perhaps some of them mothers and grandmothers) would be able to listen to all the evidence and be impartial.

The inquest judge is letting Stern's lawyer go to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas to argue that the hearing should be permanently blocked.

IF he was innocent he would WANT this inquest to get going & find out the truth.
He KNOWS the truth.
The case in the Bahamas is stronger.........
Stern said on Larry King he only went to 7-11 for food & was there in the hospital room the rest of the time. The nurses say he was gone from 2-4am. People said Daniel was not drugged on airplane....... He was helping his mom at 6:30 am...dead at 9:30am.
We all know the methadone was at Horizons & Dr. E. said she knew what anti depressant Daniel was on..We all know she is the drug list Dr. The Methadone is a BIG problem for Stern. Anna bedridden...Daniel NOT drugged as seen in photos of how happy he was holding his baby sister..........WHO left & came back? WHO took Daniel's jeans?
Witness 39 Anna.....YOU DID THIS...
Witness 40 Stern will be carted off....

Stern took the pictures of Shane Gibson.........wrecked his position.
The Bahamas wants him off their island........
Justice will prevail. They will SHAME the USA.

Word of advice to the judge & jurors in the Bahamas..........
BE CAREFUL 2 weeks gives time for you all to start dropping from accidental drug combinations as did Anna & Daniel. DON'T turn your back or let your guard down.
You could very well be in danger.

85. The inquest has not yet been permanently blocked. He will go to the Supreme Court to request that. Honestly people if you were in his shoes would you not do everything possible to prevent this. Think about it. Everyone has already convicted him. Time and truth will prevail.

90. They have Stalled and blocked everything including the paternity test. Why would someone who is innocent keep doing this? The trial says nothing about implicating Stern. This gives them time to look for more legal loopholes and also to try to repair Sten's image. They hired a PR Firm didn't they? Expect to see lots of pictures with the baby and "loving father" (OJ) Stern.
