She and her friend look fine! Why do we have these stupid unrealistic expectations of people like her? Most of the magazine pictures we see of stars are airbrushed so they don't look anything like what they look like in real life anyhow!!! Ugh. Let her vacation in peace.

I've seen Kelly in person and that picture does NOT do her justice. She is a very small person. Sometimes I think the gossip sites and magazines doctor pictures to try to make people look bad. She's gorgeous and the most talented live performer I've ever seen.

Fat? Huge? Um, the woman in the bikini has a gorgeous figure and Clarkson looks like she has a LITTLE winter pudge and like she hasn't been outside in awhile - like many of us reading this I suspect. The people who need to comment on how much weight publicly recognizable people (celebrities) put on:
A. Need a life
B. Need to stop listening to what the predominently gay male "trendsetters" think women should look like - do you really think it's a coincidence that runway models look like 14 year old boys?

And her friend looks good too how can anyone say she is fat that woman has a nice figure better than looking at someones spine covered with thin skin like Nicole Ritchie that girl is just a bag of bones now that my friend is gross and disgusting .

I'm not bashing her, just being realistic. She IS a little big. As for her friend having a "gorgeous figure", I don't think so. I love curves, but folds are another story! When you can see cellulite, you need to lose it. I pay more atention to fitness and less to size or weight.

If I didn't have to show up at the office and could hang at the beach all day with my friends, I wouldn't care if i was sunburned to the color of a lobster - I'd be out there too! Sunburn or not, Kelly Clarkson is still the best AI winner, with the best voice and the most successful career. Who cares about her sunburn??

If the picture is of Kelly, then all she needs is a better outfit. She needs something more flattering. Even people who exercise often can still have some cellulite. Cellulite can be reduced in appearance, but it is genetic and sometimes impossible to completely eliminate. I have seen female body builders with cellulite. People need to adjust their view of what is beautiful. Kelly is an amazing person and singer (and leave her friend alone!)
