FOX News' designated flamethrower, Bill O'Reilly, slammed Rosie on "The O'Reilly Factor" last night, calling her "nutty" and "irresponsible," and suggesting that ABC should fire O'Donnell for her provocative remarks about Iran and the war in Iraq. Look out below.
Rosie, who was not a guest on O'Reilly's show, has been anything but gentle in expressing her feelings toward U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, going so far as to suggest on her blog that the recent kidnapping of British sailors was designed by the U.S. and Britain to help escalate hostilities against Iran. On "The View" this week, Rosie also challenged viewers to Google "Gulf of Tonkin," a reference to the controversial naval attacks in Southeast Asia that led to the U.S.'s increased involvement in the Vietnam conflict.
Now, O'Reilly is calling for ABC to be "held accountable" for Rosie's remarks, especially after the network axed Bill Maher post-9/11 for suggesting that the terrorists who attacked the World Trade Center were "courageous." ABC, for its part, had no comment this morning.
On today's "View," Rosie was mute about O'Reilly's broadside, but the show was taped before last night's "Factor."

Before Rosie sat on the view's musical chair, the show was just another dull garden variety chart show with little to offer in the form of real social and political views; how ironic?.
Along came Rosie, who sparked life into the show, offering thought provoking views on subject matters that viewers found very interesting and relevant.
Rosie was bold and courageous enough to speak the forbidden truths. She took the show to a level beyond the mental capacity of her shy and conservative co hosts.
She attracted a large audience and boosted ratings. She stirred the imagination and made people happy for once because finally, the prevailing propaganda network of the right wing Republican Party and the White House were challenged on prime time.
Of course, such bravado couldn't continue unchecked. The right wing propaganda machine got spooked and turned their media hound dogs to relentlessly attack ABC and Disney.
Sadly, ABC and Disney capitulated and turned out the light on Rosie and the followers of truth. What a shame on ABC for being so cowardly against a perverted Bill OâReily and other right wing nuts.
Now that Rosie is gone, what will little miss Elizabeth the right wing tooth pick babe do?

Bill O'Reilly NEVER stated that Rosie should be fired!!!! Insinuate what you want, but there are other ways ABC could have held her accountable, short of firing her.

Bill O'Reilly is a moron. He and his ilk don't want anyone agreeing with their "American's # 1" agenda. No other opinion in the world matters according to an idiot like O'Reilly. Nothing we do in the good ole U S of A is beyond approach. Nevermind we have invaded a country at the insistance of our mindless President and his blood hungry administration who fed the American public lies so that their cowboy politics and unilateral decision making took out Saddam Hussein (an evil and insane man no doubt) but who had no weapons of mass destruction and no connection to the 9/11 attacks. Now, if a person in this country disagrees with this (even if they support our troops and want them back home safely) he/she is branded unpatriotic. Make one statement that you disagree and O'Reilly (Mr. Sexual Harrassment), Mr. Chubbs Limbaugh (Mr. Drug addiction) or Anne Coulter (Ms. I'm blonde and wearing my cute designer dress but don't doubt my racist, homophobic, xenophobic intentions) will jump down your throat, denounce your constitutional right to freedom of expression and lead the country in a ear drum busting chant of "American's # 1! Oh gimme a break. I don't agree with her on this one but the show is called "THE VIEW"! This is what the show is about. Any other show, yes that would have been out of line. Let people speak their opinions, this is why America is great.
