Drugs That Killed Anna Rx'ed to Howard K., Others

Anna Nicole SmithThe Broward County Medical Examiner confirmed that none of the 11 drugs that were found in Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room were prescribed to Smith.

FOX News anchor Greta Van Susteren obtained documents from Dr. Joshua Perper's office which shows that of the 11 drugs, eight were prescribed to Howard K. Stern, two were prescribed to Alex Katz and one was prescribed to Anna's personal shrink, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich. We don't know who Katz is, but Perper acknowledged one thing that was clear -- Dr. Eroshevich wrote all 11 prescriptions.

Perhaps most interesting, the chloral hydrate that was the major cause of Anna's death (and was prescribed to Stern) was in a duffel bag in the hotel room. As Greta said, Anna was too weak to even get out of bed to go to the bathroom, so how did she get out of bed to rummage through the duffle bag and get the chloral hydrate? Van Susteren pressed Perper for an answer; the doctor said he asked Stern, Eroshevich and the bodyguard if they gave her the drugs and they all said they didn't.

Perper also acknowledged it was a bad idea for Anna to take sedatives in the morning, given she was already too weak to get out of bed. Perper said even if someone else gave her the drugs, "It's not wise for sure, but it's not homicide."

16. keep grasping greta - did you hear the police - end of story - no criminal activity - no homicide.. case closed. Just get over the fact that Anna left Larry for Howard. Larry you have to get over it. She loved Howard. End of story.

18. Is anyone evern mourning this woman's death!!!!!! I am so angry right now!!!!! This whole scenario has crime written all over it and just like every one ignored the signs in Anna's life which led to her death in my opinion, every one is continuing to ignore the signs that this is a crime and I will even go as far as to say a murder ,but then who am I to call it like I see it.....no one but a small town Ontario Canada girl that is outraged over this whole terrible tradegy!!!!

21. I am curious as to who brought in the drug store of a duffle bag? And if Anna was too weak to go to the bathroom and HK$ had to help her, why wouldn't he have cleaned up the vomit in the bathroom? I know when I take care of someone and they puke their guts out all over, I clean it up so someone would not have to look at it or maybe step in it. Another thing, if the perscriptions were in HK$ name and they are the same drugs in ANS tox report, wouldn't that raise suspicion or atleast be questionable? Fishy down in FL.

If anyone out there is still supporting the idea that foul play is not present...in both deaths..you need to wait till the end of all this..really....this whole thing has an end..it's just going slow as a snail cuz HKS is stalling for the last chapter to be written.

24. we will never know the truth, but why would howard purposely overdose her, as they were to be married in 2 weeks and then he would not be going through this, as legally dannielynn would be his and he and anna nicole could enjoy the money together. i really think it is so distateful to say all these cruel about him. ytou had better watch out, the media, the so called lawyers and others, you will be sued. daphine moore

25. Now we are getting to the truth about what really happened in that hospital room and now did HKS actually give her the drugs ,,of course he did . He seen how bad she was and that is why he skipped out real fast and left her with the nurse and that is why he was acting so freaky that morning like Big Moe stated . We have set back and watched these enablers give this poor woman all of these drugs and it finally killed her and if that is not murder than what the hell is . I am just wondering if HKS is a addict also and that is why we are not seeing much of him ,he needs a fix and here that little girl is with this freak . He needs to have a drug test too ,check his system for drugs .Maybe that is why he did not want a DNA test ,maybe he thought the drugs would show up in his system too .

27. Larry has said he saw drug use by Anna, Howard, and Daniel. Now, with the way that Daniel was raised, I truly blame Anna for his exposure to drugs- it all rests squarely on her shoulders. I also don't happen to believe he would have had the drugs if not for Howard the Coward.

So, yeah, I would assume Howard had drug issues, too. I would think he would have gotten out YEARS ago (as her slave, not her lover- they were never lovers- period) if he wasn't a drug addict, too.

28. So what was the brown liquid in the partially covered jar on the right side of the bed from the scene report? everyone on this board was screaming that it was the chloral hydrate before. hasn't anyone confirmed that the liquid in the jar was not chloral hydrate --- a little bit poured out for convenience of use? Instructions say to mix with juice or another drink. whatother liquid would you pour into an unmarked jar witha lid and keep right next to the bed stand? when did this stop being the chloral hydrate? just cause the bottle was kept in the duffle bag doesn't mean that the bit next to the bed wasn't also CH.

It's only fair to determine this detail....doesn't seem right to debate the duffle bag theory until we know the liquid in jar wasn't CH. Dr. Perp had said that people usually pour it into a glass...... I never heard him SAY that it wasn't in a glass or that in this instance she drank it from the bottle.

29. exactly what I was wondering , TMZ. If she was sick with a 100 + fever and she had knocked her head in the tub how did she get all those drugs in her? HMMM

With a nurse, a doctor and a paramedic on hand this shouldn't have happened. Wouldn't they warn her about mixing meds?

Howard looked as doped up as Anna Nicole did on all of the entertainment tonight episodes they did together.
