65. Ridiculous finding by a hack medical examiner. Perper should be under fire from all legal and journalistic venues. I am really shocked that there will be no one held accountable in the death of this clearly disturbed, drug addicted woman. If she was not in the standing of possibly getting millions from Marshall's estate, I think those leeches would not have been there and helped the death along with their enabling and need to control the cash cow, Anna.

However, that does not mean that there was not a wrongful death. Virgie and Larry (as father of Dannielynn) can file civil lawsuits against the parties who participated in maintaining this portable pharmacy.

First, Eroshevich can (and should) lose her medical license. It is appalling that a physician would prescribe under aliases, particularly in the quantity she did.

And Stern did not act as a prudent person if he mixed drugs and gave them to her.

Even if Stern did not served the drugs, he and the doc surely knew Anna was an addict -- As Dr. Eroshevich said on ET!, "By now, the whole world knows it!" In this case, why would you leave an ADDICT in close proximity to an abundance of drugs? That is certainly negligence.

Meanwhile, in a class on legal aspects of nursing, I learned that if a person gives another person a drug prescribed for himself and then death results, that is a felony. So doesn't that apply in Florida? How is that Stern and the doc are being given a pass on this??? Why did Eroshevch have to use aliases when prescribing?

71. O. KAY!!!! so these prescriptions were all prescribed to Howard by Dr. E.....
well then at least "Broward County" could do is make a report to child services in Bahamas to get dannielynn out of that drug infested environment.

Although maybe they have taps on Howard & co.'s lines...and hopefully are gathering the more incriminating evidence for MURDER ONE...otherwise I think eventually there will be some sort of negligent homicide charges against both Howard & Dr. E. at least.

It is well documented that Anna was using drugs loooooooong before she met Howard. Anna loved her drugs and no-one and nothing stopped her from taking them!!!
A bit of weakness and not feeling well would not have stopped her from getting to them I am sure. Please stop judging others and jumping to conclusions.. she was a big girl and she was careless with the drugs - that is all, end of story!! happens all the time to people who love their drugs...

I totally agree with you. I am not a fan of Howard's or anyone else. Most of the people are dealing with speculation and what if's. Just because he enabled her does not make him a murderer. Look where those that tried to intervene went......to the curb!!!! We need to wait until all the FACTS are in and the PROFESSIONALS make their decision. After all, most of them having been doing what they do for a very long time. Howard does not have enough money to pay ANYONE off and I suspect neither do his parents. Also, everyone assumes Anna had money that Howard wants. Anna was in debt. The Marshall case has not gone to court again, yet. She has not won the other times, what makes everyone think she will win this time? All Dannielynn is inheriting is a bunch of debts!!
