Stern Shut Down In Huge Way Over DNA

Howard K. SternHoward K. Stern lost a big one in the Bahamas today.

Stern's appeal on DNA testing was just shut down, and Howard K. was penalized by the three-judge panel to the tune of $10,000. TMZ has learned Stern was ordered to pay $5,000 in attorney's fees to the Registrar General and $5,000 to Birkhead's lawyer -- not Debra Opri, the Bahamian one.

This could clear the way for the unsealing of the DNA test results -- that should happen in court this week.

Typically, these penalties (called "sanctions") are imposed when an appeal is frivolous.

2356. i liked anna and more then anything else i would like for the baby to be taken care of by the
father who ever he is.i also hope that the law will take of her money if there is any left.the money should be put away until the is old enough to handle it, and not somebody who will
raise her.we all no were the money will end up.it happend in the past to many young children
by the time they became of age,all there money was gone.people should watch what they are saying afterall none of us no what went on.it is not nice.you can ruin somebodies life

Not so, Laura. That is not the reason she died. She died because she overdosed. She had medical assistance there for her. She was too high to think and Stern left her with 105 temp. HK$$ kept her supplied with drugs no matter if she was pregnant---after all, it wasn't his baby.

2359. Beware! Stern is already going to work on Larry to "help" him gain full custody and put Virgie out of fhe picture. Virgie is more difficult to manipulate than naieve Larry. A couple of years will pass and Larry may succumb to a drug overdose. Howard has invested 10 years in his ultimate endeavor to get the money. He is not giving up!

2360. Stern has pocketed big bucks by selling the rights to the funeral circus to the drooling and repulsive E.T. Subsequent photos of commitment ceremony, etc. has bought in big bucks. WHERE IS THE MONEY? Maybe Stern will offer to pay Larry's mountain of legal bills providing Stern is allowed to go forward with the Marshall billion dollar case. Watch Howard the snake...he's only just begun. He's always had a Plan B.
