20. Come on TMZ, you didn't give the whole story. Stern did not appeal the actual DNA testing, he actually appealed the handling of it. That's so different. Stern wanted the DNA taken. They forget to mention that part. I think it's funny because the media was all wrong this lol.

24. Everyone, keep contacting the bahamian goverment and press, it seems to be working. I told them I cancelled our family vacation to the bahamas this summer because of their support of Killer Stern.

Glad they are finally getting a clue.

26. hks attorney withdrew the appeal. lb filed a summon for a paternity test on march 14th.,and hks file a summon on march 19th. both men wanted the dna test on dannielynne and larry birkhead, the two just wanted different people to do the test. it was proved today the hks wants that dna result. he never wanted it any other way. he knows larry isn't the father. so people get your facts straight before u critize someone. hks loves his daughter. he loved anna and daniel . their deaths were tragic but because of their own doing.

27. HOWARD WITHDREW HIS OWN APPEAL HIMSELF.......THEN AND OLYY THEN HE WAS SANCTIONED FOR HAVING WASTED THE COURT'S TIME WITH A FRIVOLOUS APPEAL.....APPARENTLY HE IS NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE DNA AFTER ALL......

28. I am not going to believe this til it happens. Coward Stern is soo desperate he will try anything to not have the results read in court. He isnt going to give up. I know he has his loser lawyers trying to find a loophole at this very minute. About time they started making him pay for all this stalling!

30. AMEN! Now, they need to fine him for delaying the inquest also. It would even be better if they would fine his attorney for delaying the DNA & the inquest too! They certainly fine attornies in Texas for filing cases without merit!
