36. STERN'S APPEAL WITHDRAWN! (What I heard on CourtTV)

In open court, Stern's attorney asked for the DNA appeal to be withdrawn.

The court had said it was a FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT and they threw it out. Stern has to pay $10,000 - $5000 to the court and $5000 to Birkhead's attorneys.

Two original summons: One was Birkhead's 3-14-2007; Stern had filed his summons on the 19th. The only difference was that they requested a different lab to do the test. - So the court asked, WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?

The DNA test was done on the 21st and at 2:30 tomorrow the hearing goes forth and MAYBE they will say, at least in court, who the father is.

Of course, then Stern can start of this BS again when it comes to the question of custody.

I hope Stern does not forget that Anna wrote emails to people, such as to Gina Shelley, saying she was mad that G. Ben Thompson would not put his name on Dannielynn's birth certificate as the father (Shown on Geraldo's show). - She also wrote to Thompson in OCTOBER and demanded a DNA test and CHILD SUPPORT (shown on Greta's show).
