Stern Shut Down In Huge Way Over DNA

61. Looks like the Bahamian government has finally realized that Howard K. Stern is down there making a mockery of their country and their justice system. He's tying up their courts with these ridiculous appeals, wasting their time and resources. And finally, they are seeing what is truly going on here!

This man has no rights nor citizenship in the Bahamas. He is a squatter there just as he is in the house he is holed up in. He is using this child as a means to stay in the house and in the country.

The fines are a perfect punishment as well. Look for him to get even greater punishment for tying up their courts AGAIN by holding up the inquest into the death of Daniel Smith.

First Howard, give Larry Birkhead back his child.

Then go and take an overdose. I hear you're good at getting drugs fro doctors with little or no resistence. Go for it!

62. I told you that Larrys attorney seemed very confident, and that she didn't plan to file for the DNA results to be given to California courts, as Greta suggested.

Think she already knew what would happen. And if they have already done the background checks on Stern, Larry, and Virgie, maybe just maybe they will announce custody tomorrow too, when they announce paternity. I hope. Keep your fingers crossed.

64. Nice! Some justice finally in the Bahamas! Hopefully Larry will get his due now - be able to get to work again and pay off Opri...oh, but wait, he still has to fight for CUSTODY - I'm sure even if he is proven the Daddy - Stern will still fight to keep the baby. How in the Hell is Stern ever going to come back to this country and practice again - the entire country hates him and thinks he is a freeloading creep......and um, possibly enabling Anna Nicole to kill herself over time just so he could keep in her presence...

65. Good! Stern had to pay Larry's lawyers. I hope he gets sued by ALL of Larry's attorneys...past and present. After all, we know that it wont be coming out of his paycheck, because he doesn't have one. lol

GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT...HE WAS NOT STOPPING THE TEST....

hks attorney withdrew the appeal. lb filed a summon for a paternity test on march 14th.,and hks file a summon on march 19th. both men wanted the dna test on dannielynne and larry birkhead, the two just wanted different people to do the test. it was proved today the hks wants that dna result. he never wanted it any other way.

68. I wish to heck the media and everyone would leave Howard alone and let him raise Dannielynn as Anna wanted. If she would have wanted to be with Birkhead, she would have. She knew she would have stability with Howard and that he loved her dearly - this whole thing is very upsetting - LEAVE THE MAN ALONE..............let him enjoy HIS daughter.

70. Maybe the Bahamian judges are fair after all. Wonderful News. Go Bahamas. I agree with you cherylinohio. One way to show the world you can run your own country with no help from no american lawyer telling you how.

I do think Larry is the Father. It is important to know one way or the other. It has certainly been expensive for him. I think if HKS had thought he was the father he wouldn't have been giving her access to all those drugs.
