It's about time something gets on it's way!!!! Howard needs to do the right thing even though it may break his heart. This is goign to be very very very hard for howard to face the fact that he is no the biological father and that he may loose Dannielynn or Hannah Rose, personally I likeHannah . I think Larry should change her name to the origional one him and Anna had discuss. And in fact it was stated by Anna's camp that, that was the name of her baby at fist b4 her son died . This is such a sad case. In the end HKS will loose everything he ever loved. I do worry that once that reality happends I think HKS will probably take his life. I/m begining to think he is filing all these appealsso he can keep his mind busy.

82. Thank you Bahamas for fining Howard K. Stern 10,000.00 in sanctions for a frivolous appeal in the DNA case. Appeal withdrawn!!! Woohoooo
Hopefully tomorrow the DNA results will come out revealing that Larry Birkhead is the daddy.

Stern has to pay Birkhead because Birkhead had to pay attorneys to work on his behalf on Stern's FRIVOLOUS APPEAL.

Stern is going to have to pay MUCH more to Birkhead because this is a CIVIL SUIT and the remedy is $$$.

Larry's lawsuit is based on the FRAUD of Stern, who put his name on the birth certificate knowing full well that he was NOT the father!

There is lots of evidence that STERN is not the father, including what I wrote earlier, that Anna wrote emails to people, such as to Gina Shelley, saying she was mad that G. Ben Thompson would not put his name on Dannielynn's birth certificate as the father (Shown on Geraldo's show). - She also wrote to Thompson in OCTOBER and demanded a DNA test and CHILD SUPPORT (shown on Greta's show). - Plus Anna told eveyone under the son that Larry was the father.

Whoever loses the suit will have to pay DAMAGES plus ALL of the attorneys fees for BOTH sides!

88. Even after they find out who the real daddy is, this crap is going to go on for friggen ever! This is a waste of time and money. Howard and Anna were a mondern day Bonnie and Clyde, running from and thinking they were above the law. This will will be dragged through the courts, Anna's image and namesake will be fought over. And you know what? All Howard and Larry have to do to become financially set for life, is to write a tell all book. Even Virgie will jump on the book bandwagon, you wait and see.

89. STERN IS fighting anything and everything everyway he CAN! He's trying to 'bankrupt' Larry and that has always been the plan...remember the 'daddy shopping' with ANS to get the Millionaire to claim paternity?! This was so Larry would be intimidated by the $$$ and take what 'crumbs' they would give him. Howard KNOWS he's not the Dad and deserves to be fined repeatedly if he stands in the way of JUSTICE!

90. It all boils down to semantics again. The fact that Stern appealed anything to do with the test, whether it be the taking, who took it, the handling of it or any of the reasons, it was an attempt to delay and it was recognized as such and that is why they were fined.
