Howdy, buckaroos! Rodeo Britney got her gitty-up blinged out with a stop at Cartier. Nothing like diamond jewelry to make a girl forget her rough ridin'.

Wearing her trademark cowgirl boots, an asymmetrical fiesta dress and a banged up cowboy hat covering her still recovering locks, the rehabbed 'n deflabbed, Zoom-whitened mother of two sprang into the world-famous jewelry store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills yesterday for a little shop therapy. Yee haw!

22. IF SHE HAD ANY SENSE - I couldn't agree more. It's great that Britney looks decent and is always smiling for the cameras, but she DOES have children at home that need her. And I don't want to hear anyone say, "She spends all night with them!!" because that doesn't count. Being a mom means being HOME with them, and if you're not able to home with them, you should take them with you (if it's appropriate). You never see many pictures of Gwen or Jennifer.. why? Because they're not gallavanting all around Hollywood shopping and eating and watching basketball games. They're spending time with their CHILDREN, whom they care about MORE than publicity and photogs.
