Ron Jeremy Allegedly Cops a Feel; Cops Called

TMZ has learned legendary porn star Ron Jeremy could face battery charges after a woman filed a police report claiming Ron acted like a boob by grabbing hers, and then signing it without permission.

The alleged incident occurred Saturday during the Exotica porn convention in Miami Beach. According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Leslie Sanchez approached Jeremy for an autograph, with her husband in tow.

Sanchez and her husband claim Jeremy was happy to oblige, but then he allegedly "reached towards the victim and stuck his hands under victim's blouse." Sanchez then claims Jeremy "reached inside her bra and grabbed her nipple. He pulled the nipple up and took out victim's breast and signed his name on it."

According to the police report, Sanchez "never gave Ron Jeremy permission to touch her." Sanchez also claims she has photos of the alleged incident.

TMZ spoke with Ron Jeremy who vigorously denied any wrongdoing, saying, "First of all, there was security around me at all times. If they had a problem, why wouldn't they have said something at that point? I probably signed about 150 boobs that weekend, all of which I sign 'RJ with a heart' and if i would've touched a breast, i might have cupped it while i signed. Rules of the convention were that you can not expose a breast, so I never did. And if this was a couple, I always ask permission of the male to sign the breast before I do it. Some people waited an hour for me to sign their breast. My line was second only to Jenna Jameson's."

So far, no charges have been filed against Jeremy.

46. Seems like she would have had plenty of time to pull away before he did all of that. And he still had time to sign it. I don't think her story jives. She moght have pictures but he will have the security tape.

47. There is legal protocol for signing women's breasts and it appears Ron Jeremy has followed the correct procedure. Case dismissed.

49. When a man has one hand on your boob and the other hand is holding a pen.... one can safely back off. Or for arguments sake, lets say he used BOTH hands to remove the boob fromt he bra and then later picked up the pen to sign his name. I think there may have been a few seconds there in which the lady could have gotten away from her "attacker".

Permission or not, she had plenty of time to say, "NO", and she didn't.

52. Well I know Ron Jermey and I can say that she is over reacting. Ron does this in Bars or at show's the only place he will sign is on a women's chest, Trust me I know him and he has signed my BOOB a number of time's. and he know's me. He was just cycling through the line of fans. If the girl is doing this to try and get publicity then you should know honey Ron is not rich, all he has is his name that's all any of us have in this industry is our name and the film's we've done. And any one who know's or has met Ron Jermey can honestly say he's a little touched, he not the same person he was back in the day. He seem's more forgetful, not all there and not so aware. He kind of just goes with the flow. Give the guy a break he's like the oldest person still in the business. So if he touch her boob I believe she knew and wanted it why didn't she pull away before he signed it and how did she get picture proof, she knew what she was doing but what she don't know but will find out is if she want's money as compensation good luck, she has a better chance of getting into a movie.

56. Ron Jeremy a PERV? He Is an actor in the adult business. And guess what if she wanted an autograph she should have handed him a piece of paper. I worked the convention near by and you know what, If it was such a big deal I would have seen the commotion. So screw all the people in support of this chick
