Lakisha is not only morbidly obese and gross looking, she is incredibly ugly, has a terrible speech impediment which is even completely obvious when she sings,,,, and she is not unique... while, yes, she can belt it out... she sounds like any of the dozens of Aretha-wanna-be's.... she even makes a Bon Jovi song sound like an Aretha song... she cannot sing any other genre besides R&B..... and YES while this is a 'singing competition' in theory.... it is not... it is about being an "American Idol" which includes the whole package..... and most importantly -- it is a JUDGING contest.... and people will vote for who they like regardless of vocal ability. If it was solely a singing competition, a panel of experienced judges would vote, and not everyone in America. Lakisha is hard on the eyes....... and she has no feeling or emotion... she is arrogant and expects to win and she is not friendly with the others.

18. un-biased, I wasn't going to be mean, but I was about to say almost the exact same thing, you beat me to it. Most people say she can sing, yes and go in any black church and you will find someone screaming a song, I'm not trying to be mean but it's true.
She will make a lot of money, good for her. She does seem emotionless, nerves, maybe?.
I'm just sick of the single young mother ,poor me ,crap. Do you know how many single
young mothers there are? Why are we suppose to glamorize this? I'm not just picking on her, I think Blake has no stage presence either. He's talented but he should produce not
perform.
