61. Based on the way HKS is acting, I believe Larry is not the dad, and old man Marshall could be. If Larry is not the father, then the flood gates will be opened for everyone from OJ to James Brown tp petition they are the dad. He knows something we don't. Or.... he is just stalling, so the longer he has possesion of the baby, the better chance he has at at least joint custody. It's all about the baby, oops (benjies).

64. Can someone pleeeeeeze explain to me why everything concerning the deaths and paternity is so drawn out? Is it because so much POTENTIAL money is involved? If HK$ loves this child so much just let her go to Larry if he is the father. Drop the law suits against the Marshall family, that was Anna's fight, she's gone. This child needs to be with her natural father, if proven to be fit . Someone needs to think of the little girl. I think it is a shame everyone lawyer, judge, doctors, medical examiners have used this to bring the spot light on them. Do you honestly think Dr. Perpper would give up so much time to explain everything to John or Jane Doe's family if there wasn't a camera and mic shoved in his face. They are in it for their 15 min. of fame.

But Virgie Arhtur would be more vilified by "ET" and Howard K. Stern & Co. if she did not fight for the rights of Dannielynn, Daniel and Anna Nicole.

Things were different for Virgie when Anna was alive. Anna was a grown woman living such a troubled life that Howard K. Stern was the only one willing to run from the United States and Larry Birkhead.

Anna ran in crowds who overlooked rowdy behavior and reckless lifestyle because they loved Anna. I saw a report in the last 5-10 seconds of ET last night where G. Ben Thompson was in prison for tax evasion & marajuana charges in 1988 - Is anyone surprised that many wealthy people from all walks of life who would get on board with Anna Nicole are not the highest of character & morals.

I thought it rather nasty for ET to add that to the last few seconds of their show last night. I suppose they will surely interview Mr. Thompson, etc., ET has nothing to loose by defending Howard K. Stern - they are after all CBS/Paramount - TimeWArner owns ABC/CNN/NYT/TIME/AOL/DISNEY who all have an agenda to trash the United States of America and anyone who they don't like. They don't have to take the "high road" or to be "of good character" - But what about Dannielynn ET?

DANNIELYNN AND DANIEL'S INQUEST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING RIGHT NOW.

66. I'm so afraid Howard might do something to the baby. It's really scary, because he has nothing going for him and probably nothing to lived for. His ass is going to be sued by so many he might as well be dead. He a creep and he has those killer eyes like Scott Peterson.

67. What is the world coming to?! Greed and money seems to be the impetus for everything now. What happened to doing the right thing just for the sake of being a decent human being. I swear, one day God is going to lean over the wall and shout at all of us that "WE ALL GOT IT WRONG"!

Howard should be heavily penalized for dragging out every step of this process and for keeping that baby away from her only surviving parent. He should also be removed as executor of the estate because any decision he makes could be interpreted as being prejudicial.

And the court systems and doctors - well, don't get me started on their ethics (if any)!

69. I've been watching the computer all day waiting for this to be over...I am willing to start a collect to buy somebody in the DNA lab off..! Some poor lab tech. making minimum wage has to know who the daddy is. I am sure they would talk for a role in the up-coming Anna movie...I mean...they would be a big part of the show...THE LAB TECH. WHO TOLD ALL...!

70. Dr. Baird should have been prepared, stating he had no way of knowing how yesterdays appeal was going to go is no excuse, Dr. Baird dropped the ball on this one.

He was TOLD to report back on April 3rd, and he should have respected that date regardless of the appeal !!! Granted he has a business to run, but he should not have accepted a national case such as this if he was not willing to give it top priority !!!
