The DNA hearing in the Dannielynn Smith case ended with the news TMZ predicted -- no news.
The hearing has just ended, and DNA test results were not revealed in the closed courtroom. A new hearing date was set for next Tuesday. TMZ believes that will be judgment day, when Dr. Michael Baird will authenticate the results and the world will know exactly who the daddy is.

THINK ABOUT IT! HK$ DEMANDED THAT THE DNA NOT BE READ UNTIL THE GENETISIST WAS THERE TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THEM TO CROSS-EXAMINE HIM. THE PURPOSE OF THE STALL IS TO TRY TO REPAIR HIS IMAGE SO THAT HE CAN ARGUE THAT HE SHOULD KEEP DANNIELYNN BECAUSE SHE HAS BEEN WITH HIM ALL THIS TIME.

They took the DNA tests two weeks ago, saying they would have the results in 4 days--that would be 10 days ago. Enough already--next week, are they going to delay it another few weeks, as they have everything else? Very sad---for the baby, and for the father of the baby. Very sad indeed. Just do it already. You don't even need a hearing--just announce the results. Ridiculous, the players in this drama.

Nothing new on Court TV. They are now showing HKS attorney before court today (Damian Gomez). Said inquest may start next week or be delayed. I think they are going to decide that maybe tomorrow. They're just yakking about the case.

24 Bahama momma I thought maybe the news would be out over there. How dose people feel in the Bahamas' . This is a disgrace for the US to have something happen like this that would keep a child from his father. In some court cases, the loser has to pay the court costs and attorney fees of the winner. So if HK$ loses the court battle, does he have to pay Larry's attorney fees? I'm talking about Opri's huge bill. Wouldn't that be the ultimate kick in the head for HK$!!
