O'Reilly Blasts O'Donnell, Paper Brands Her "Tokyo Rosie"

Now she's not just "nutty," she's the enemy ... of WW2?!

Rosie O'Donnell felt Bill O'Reilly's wrath again last night on "The O'Reilly Factor," with Bill calling her "radical" and "dangerous," and suggesting, as a financial newspaper did, that she's spewing anti-American propaganda.

In his "Talking Points" segment last night, O'Reilly picked up the Investor's Business Daily's editorial calling O'Donnell "Tokyo Rosie," a reference to "Tokyo Rose," the nickname American GIs gave to Japanese women who broadcast anti-American messages over the airwaves during World War II.

As of this morning, Rosie had posted no response on her usual soapbox at rosie.com.

67. Rosie is clueless and her mouth is dangerous. She has the right to her opinion but she crosses the line with her ignorance and hatred.

Doesn't she realize what would happen to her if she lived in the Middle East? Her lifestyle is not one that would be tolerated over there.

69. Although I can not stand Bill O'Rielly, I agree with him on this one. Rosie should learn to keep her mouth shut. Does she realize we are at war, and our sons and daughters are in harms way? Does she care about those kids over there that are fighting for her right to speak. Someone should kidnap her and drop her off in the middle of Bagdad. Lets see who she turns to for help. I am sure that if it were one of kids over there , fighting , she would be more careful about the things she says to discredit us!

Hey Al, this is one of the lemmings speaking. Have you ever even watched the view? I did. I didn't rely on Bill to tell me what Rosie said - I heard it from Rosie. And Rosie said the government blew up Tower 7. She admitted that planes hit the twin towers, though never differentiating that the planes were controlled by terrorists. She also said the British hostage situation was staged as a reason for Tony Blair and George Bush to attack.

The point you are absolutely correct about is that true Christians spread love, not hate. So what does that make Rosie? Her open hatred of so many people is degrading not only to herself but to us as a nation. My opinion of how the government is being running is just that, my opinion. I have the right to have my opinion heard and the way to do that is to write to my congressman, or a letter to the editor, etc. And that's my opinion. Not a bunch of lies I make up about people.

72. Bill hits the nail on the head with Rosie. Google Tokyo Rosie and read her extremely inflammitory statements about how for the first time in the history of the world that fire melted steel. Come on people...blacksmiths have been doing it that way for centuries...She is a disgrace to this country and if she hates it so much in the USA, she should move and make it a better place me. Rosie free is the way to be!

73. obviously the first amendment right of free speech will be taken out of the constitution if o'reilly and friends have their way. replacing it it will only be politically correct speech and the freedom to make obscene phone calls if you have you own news show on fox

75. I think eventually Rosie will be determined to be mentally ill. It is disturbing that she has the ear of so many viewers who don't recognize how Rosie's mental health seems to have gone into a free fall. I hope for all who are close to her that she seeks treatment, or better yet, is committed.
