77. It always amazes me when people will listen to what the one person says that the other person says and never bother to find out if they really said it.
People post on ROs site and Bill quotes them as if it had been RO who said it.
Try doing some research before you just assume the moron in front of you knows what he/she is saying. She NEVER claimed that US Gov. was responsible for 9/11.
And she makes a lot of valid points about what happened and why it could not have happened the way it did without some other influences.
I'm not saying I agree with everything she says or in all of her theories but she raises good questions and only a complete idiot would just ignore it for the comfort of just pointing to a moron lie Bill O. and saying "I believe him because then I don't have to think for myself".

82. I'm glad someone is taking a stand against Rosie. She's dangerous. Some people believe her nonsense--she has an important platform.

Our gov't. may not be right all the time, but we have the best that is out there. Rosie and Charlie Sheen--get out of your mansions, off your lazy duffs and go live in Iran so you can enjoy all the great benefits of living under that wonderful gov't. 84. Cindy K -- My point was that the true heros of 9/11 did not blindly accept the status quo (i.e. "go back to your desks") that was being pushed by the people in authority.

I'm not at all saying Rosie is a "hero"...but she does encourage people to question the status quo and to not blindly accept everything they are told by "people who should know" as the truth they are going to follow.

I shudder to think how many more deaths would have occurred on 9/11 if there had not been people like Rick who dared to question authority figures.

I do not believe all that the conspiracy theorists have to say. I also don't believe a virgin gave birth 2000 years ago or that there is some mystical magical place only good people get to go to after they die (what about the bad people who are loved by good people?)

I do think that management weighs risk all of the time and that sometimes it is decided that the costs to solve the problems entirely are too great. I also think that when management screws up with the risk they have accepted...sometimes the results are fatal.

Bush being my country's top manager has been a horrendous experience for many people.
