49. All I am saying is she was mess up before she met him, because he was not around when she was a stripper and when she married Marshall. They were issues, and until she is willing to deal with what ever part she played with those, I really can't see her as a fix person to raise that child. Like her behavior at the funeral. But if you can go through life not speaking or seeing a child that you brought into this world, it says a lot about your character.

51. She seems like a very sweet woman. I don't understand why some of you people hate her so much. She did a good job raising the rest of her kids. Too bad, she couldn't get Anna straightened out. At least she tried. She did the best that she could. Howard K. Stern, wouldn't let Virgie be there for Anna. So sad, now she's dead.

53. If Anna hated her mom so much, why did she let Virgie raise the "love of her life," her son?
I stopped talking to my mother for over 2 years because I had a boyfriend whom she thought was a jerk. And ya know what? She was right.
Anna was a druggie and Stern took advantage of that. He kept her well supplied so he could manipulate her and keep her away from those who loved her and truly wanted to help her.
I think you people who hate Virgie hate your own mothers. Grow up!

55. Oh my gosh! If Larry is DannieLynn's father give that man a break! He has been fighting hard!. If he isnt her father then by all means Virgie get guardianship over your grandaughter! I doubt anyone else will try to prove they are the baby's father, after seeing the lenghtly delays and the probably now million of dollar it is costing to even get this far

57. HEY, #46....Vergie's other daughter wrote a critical book about Anna for profit. And, she began promoting it on the day Anna died. This is the other girl Vergie raised. Vergie flew to the Bahama's and sat on Daniel's grave with Splash for MONEY after he died??? What kind of SICK Grandma would do that????? This is a SICK, SICK woman. God forbid this lady ever get her hands on that innocent little girl. Did you see the terror on Anna's face before she died when she talked about her Mother? Drug's or no drug's........there was a lot of damage there that went way back. Drug's were numbing those pain's.........MOMMIE DEAREST LEAVE THE BABY ALONE!!!!!!!

Somebody on this site said "She's the last person ANS would want to have her child" and perhaps that is exactly why Virgie should have at least temporary custody if not full custody of the child as it is obvious that Anna's "wants and desiires" were very obviously flawed regardless. 60. The money according to the will if ever probated....states that no FUTURE child will receive a dime..........So the case against the Marshall estate should be closed and all money go to the Marshall estate....END OF CASE
