49. Has anyone on this site heard anything about Larry Birkhead being gay? I work with men and they are all saying that he is. Not that there is anything wrong with that...I know gay men who are married to women...but I don't get a "gay vibe" from Larry. He is beautiful and he does dress nice...? Hmmmmm.............

50. I also think someone needs to investigate where HKS is getting all of this money for lawyers. It can't be his parents because they must be broke by now if you believe they sent him a check. I don't believe that either! He is spending Dannielynn's money because he doesn't have any. I don't understand how he gets away with this stuff. If he didn't appeal everything and make himself look like a sneak then people wouldn't be so suspicious. He has done it to himself.

51. Not surprising he would do SOMEthing... he's got to get some money coming in from somewhere else, because his money pitt is about to be cut off... (the baby's money) when he's found NOT to be the biological/natural father... he will then be relegated to executor and trusteee... but not until the will is probated... if they EVER find the original... copies can't be probated... so, once he is no longer natural father status... he really has no rights to touch any of the estate money for his own use. So yeah, he's got to come up with some other ways of raking in some dough to pay his big legal expenses... It's a sure thing... having only ONE cliet for the last umpty-ump years doesn't really qualify him to go into lucritive law practice, at least for awhile... and not only that, he would have to have license to practice law in the Bahamas... if he choses to stay there... IF his friends can "fast-track" his residencey too. If you stop and look at ALL the illegal things those people did over all those years... it's pathetic... Why would he suddenly become honest?

Anna Nicole Smith Saga - Anna Nicole Smith's companion Howard K. Stern has recruited high-powered attorney L. Lin Wood to pursue libel and defamation claims on his behalf.

Sources tells Us news show Entertainment Tonight that Stern, himself a lawyer, is getting ready to tackle anyone who libelled him following the death of Anna Nicole and her son Daniel.

On the DNA front, Stern and Larry Birkhead will have to wait a week until the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, Dannielynn, is determined in the Bahamas.

53. I am so sick of people saying who the baby looks like. People only see what they want to. There are a lot of kids out there that the father thinks is theirs. You see it on those talk shows a lot. My husband adoptive my daughter when we married. To this day people say she looks like him. The truth is she does have his eye color not mine and she is tall like him. Her donor as I call him. Ran as soon as I got pregnant. I am not for Howard not at all,but it does not take blood to be a father. I hope all of you have a Great Easter.....

54. Howard will never see a dime of the Marhsall estate. Anna may have been awarded large sum of money, but saldy, she died broke. Anna never saw a dime of it. Howard wont either. We can stop worrying about that one, althogh since hes hiring "Mr.Big Wood" he may, i repeat MAY, get a couple grand, but this is the USA and we do have freedom to say what we want . Any cases brought up against news agencies, if there ever is any, will be drug out in court, ya know, maybe the news people will do what Howards doing, delay delay delay.
