Howard K. to Hire Pit Bull Lawyer to Nail Naysayers

Lin Wood and Howard K. SternTMZ has learned Howard K. Stern has had telephone conferences with Lin Wood -- the lawyer who represented Patsy and John Ramsey -- and will hire him to sue members of the media who have accused Stern of committing homicide and other offenses.

We're told a retainer agreement has not yet been signed, but Stern and Wood have agreed in principle that the uber-aggressive lawyer would file various lawsuits against certain members of the media.

TMZ contacted Ron Rale, Anna Nicole's lawyer, a named executor in her will and Stern's friend, who said, "I will confirm that retention of Lin Wood is an imminent possibility." Rale added, "Certain members of the media might want to think about mitigating damages."

In the Ramsey case, Wood filed numerous defamation claims against media outlets, including Time, Court TV, FOX News and others, for pointing a guilty finger at his clients.

63. here is a man who does'nt have a pot to piss in! what is he thinking? lets not forget that most of the drugs found in her body belonged to howard as well as the drug that killed her, was found in his duffle bag. they say ans was too weak to walk to the bathroom let alone to the other side of the room a sleeping pill strong enough to knock out a rhino. i still think there is something very wrong here. and i think howard should just lay low. before someone finds his story and tells it.

He can't sue me - and in my humble OPINION, though I have never accuse him of being a first degree murderer, I do accuse him of being an enabler, a fascilitator, of an inept 'caretaker' and a scammmer. I accuse him of riding Smith's coattalis as it wsa easier than waking up early and going to work every day, legitimately. I accuse him of using a little baby as a human shield to avoid the exposing the truth. I accuse him of taking advantage of a woman who was clearly able to be taken advantage of, despite her reported 'strength', though I think her strength showed itself only when there was something materialistic she wanted, or drugs.

Sue me, Mr. Stern, for having an opinion based on your actions, not based on how some media talking head editorializes. Sue me, Mr. Stern, and I will defend my right to form my own opinions. Just ebcause the media reports, doesn't mean I bite, ergo, just because you SAY your are the father, doesn't mean I believe that either. I require proof. And the proof about you, comes from your actions, the fact that you have done nothing but attempts to block the truth, even if YOU are the bio-dad, even if YOU didn't have anything to do with Daniel's or Anna's deaths.

I accuse you, Mr. Stern. Now... SUE ME.

72. Considering NO ONE involved in all of this is coming out smelling like a rose (with the exception of the baby)...I think he's just being a big cry baby. Entertainment Tonight has been overly biased in his favor from the beginning...I mean disgustingly biased towards him, no one else has gotten that treatment from the tabloids/media.

I haven't seen any show so one-sidedly taking Larry's side, and certainly no one can say that Virgie has had anyone saying nice things about her in the media.

In my personal opinion if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck....it's probably a duck. Apparantly Howard doesn't like being a duck. Appearances are what appearances are....if he'd have been a real man from the beginning and done the right thing about a DNA test instead of stalling and doing everything he has....then perhaps he wouldn't appear like a money hungry sleeze ball. Instead by doing that, he appears greedy...and only after the baby for her inheritance. How else does he think he's going to pay for all of these attorneys?!

OKAY HERES THE DEAL----------THIS SCUMBAG HOWARD STERN LIED UNDER OATH AT THE FLORIDA COURT---WHY ARENT PERJURY CHARGES BEING FILED AGAINST HIM-----SUCH AS HE LIED THAT HE DIDNT KNOW THE DRUGS ANNA WAS TAKING AND NOW WE FIND OUT THE MAJORITY OF DRUGS WERE UNDER HIS NAME AND NOT ANNA'S...AND THATS ONLY ONE LIE ENOUGH TO BRING PERJURY CHARGES AGAINST STERN.
